I have not received my package and it said it was suppose to come Monday and didn’t. This was my first time ordering from you guys and so far it’s not looking that great.

My order WAS WRONG!!!!! This is the fourth time I am writing to your company. The order arrived with the time printed twice so it was illegible. I was told I would receive a new one in the mail and theN Never heard from this company again. I want my money back or I want my order corrected. This is ridiculous. I messaged the company via the customer service form on the website and I get an email asking to review the company?!?! Fix my order and maybe the review will be better. Oh and this incorrect product was delivered TWO MONTHS AGO.

The print was unclear. I was unable to read the time. I emailed customer service and they said they would send a new one but I haven’t heard anything about when that would arrive.

I bought the map about 2 weeks ago and the website said that the USPS label was created on December 19th...it is now the 26th and my order has still not been shipped

Hello, I have checked on your order, looks like it was order on the Dec 17th. The shipping label was created on the 19th however the map was not picked up by USPS until the 26th due to the holidays. You should receive you map within the Free shipping time-frame that was chosen on the order.

Order was incorrect and customers service was contacted multiple times about it and I have not heard anything back from them

I have not received the product even after it says it has been delivered and have submitted an email for support to try and get this fixed so I can receive what I payed for. Nothing so far, no follow up, no email, absolutely nothing. I’m sure the product is amazing but I wouldn’t know.

my map arrived late and was not as pictured! i paid extra for shipping for a guaranteed arrival before Valentine’s day, and to my disappointment it arrived the day after. I have tried to get in contact with the support for this company and have not received a response. I would like to figure out how this can be made right as the service advertised was not the service provided nor was the map well depicted as it is in person. I am discouraged with this experience with a Sacred Maps- unless i am contacted soon I do not recommend purchasing from this company. Sad day.

The piece itself was great. Service was terrible. Shipping was delayed even when I paid for Rush shipping. Emailed for help and haven't heard back.

I wrote two emails, neither of them were responded to, I ordered vday shipping and also beveled edges, didn't have beveled edges, and got it the day after.

This was ordered before Christmas and supposed to be delivered by the 24th. It still hasn’t arrived and it’s now January 6. If you have a tracking number please find out where it is.

Submitted my order on the 27th. A mistake was made but within the same day as ordering I notified this company that a mistake was made. I was told a replacement map would be sent out in time for Christmas. It is now December 31 and I have still yet to receive my replacement. VERY disappointed.

I have not received this product yet. I paid extra to have it delivered by Christmas Eve. The tracking information indicates it has not left your facility yet. I reached out by email on Christmas Eve and I have not had any response as of yet. I was very much looking forward to this product.

I ordered a map however, I never received it. I reached out via email, and Facebook messenger but have yet to hear anything back. So essentially this company took my money. They don’t seem too concerned with customer service or actually providing the service they charge people for.

Shouldn't even get one star, as I never received my order! I ordered on black Friday and it was scheduled to be here on December 10th it has been lost in transit since December 7th. I sent an email and did not get a response. Then a few days later I sent another message via Facebook (December 15)and got the response to follow the tracking. I told them I had been following tracking and that nothing has changed since December 7th. They then told me that if it was still saying the same thing Monday morning then they will resend my order and have it here by Wednesday to make it in time for Christmas. Well I've now been trying to get a response since Monday it's now Thursday December 20th I still haven't received my order and tracking is saying the exact thing it has since December 7th. Nobody is responding to my message. For a small business trying to grow their customer service sucks and will definitely not grow. Can someone please respond so I can either get my order or my money back!

Hello, I am looking at your order, after the original order, a new replacement map was sent out and we had delivery confirmation. Can you confirm you did or did not receive the replacement map? You can also log into your account and check the shipping tracking numbers to verify delivery.

when I ordered the map I inadvertently put the wrong date on the order I emailed the company the next day to tell them I made a mistake and received an email back right away that they would correct the date. The map came with the wrong date when I emailed the company again they replied and said they had to look for the email. I forwarded the original email with their reply that they would fix it and never heard back from them again. After several more attempts at emailing them with no reply I gave up.
