“The map arrived in good time and was well packaged. The printing was readable but duller than I had hoped. As it is a star map I would suggest using a more reflective paint/ink so that the "stars " reflect more light and give a "twinkle" effect.”

“The printing is great - i wish the star map was a little larger, to make it easier to see, but I understand there are limitations in what can be done. I'm glad I chose the tree border, it looks really nice and adds to the whole thing. It arrived in plenty of time for Christmas, only 3 days later than expected date I was given, but with the weather and COVID, that was reasonable and expected. There was one corner of the map dinged up, maybe in shipping, but it still looks ok. If not for that, I'd have given 5 stars.”

“My order came quickly, and the quality of the wood is very nice. My boyfriend really liked it for his Christmas gift. I do wish however; that the circle which contains the map was a little larger itself as it is kind of tricky to read. Also, there is some overlapping in my words. I'm wondering too if a clear coat of some kind would make this last longer?”

“It really bothered me that the shipping label for my product was created WAY before my product was even ready to be shipped...it makes it seem like my package is out for delivery when in reality it hasn’t even been made yet...you guys shouldn’t create the shipping label until the product is ready so customers don’t misunderstand where their product is at. I was really impressed with how quickly someone contacted me when I brought this up though...Thank you for the quick and clear customer service!”

“This is an awesome idea and a unique product. Quality seems good. I do wish the printing of the stars were more clear and vibrant. The star map area is slightly blurry. Wondering if it would have been better to choose the small size rather than the mid-size, as it appears perhaps the star map was enlarged without a corresponding increase in print quality.”

“The print is great and better than I thought it would be! The only complaint that I would have is that when I ordered, the print shown was missing some things I'd put on it. I was pleasently surprised then when it came fully as I ordered. Overall I'm happy with my purchase”

“We had no idea what to expect from the actual item but the concept was great and we wanted to give it a try. With a little hesitation, we ordered 2 as wedding gifts. When they arrived a few days later (in SC), we could not have been more surprised and pleased. We chose the natural wood option and were glad to see that the wood grain wasn't pronounced so as to distract from the actual "picture". The coloring was sharp and the quality was better than expected. The only thing we wished had been different is that there had been more to the picture - since we chose the natural wood, it sort of felt empty and perhaps needed more to it. Still, very happy, would definitely recommend, and will buy from again!”

“The print was clear and it will last for years on the wall as a great memento. The wood appears to be a layered lacquered plywood which was disappointing. It would be nice if there was an option to pay more for higher quality wood.”

“The star map I recieved was amazing and excellent quality. I couldnt be happier with the Piece itself. the only small thing I could complain about is the piece arrived later than I was quoted and due to this the Person I purchased the star map for never received it.. however i understand delays and being a small company i just kno she would have loved it. i would definitely order from these guys again! id just order more in advance.”

“The map itself is BEAUTIFUL! however the time it took to actually get to me was too much. I was told 5-7 business days which was fine but then I recieved multiple emails/text messages which the delivery date was changing. I recieved my map extremely late to the told date.”

“Overall, the print was lovely. However, I was disappointed by two aspects: 1. The galaxy is much more pixelated than portrayed while placing the order. This gives it a sloppy effect which is really unfortunate. 2. The beveled edge is on the back where you can’t see it when hung up? Considering this detail was extra, I thought it would be on the front. I hope this helps because I would love to purchase products in the future. Best, Bri”
