“Happy with the purchase. Bought it as an anniversary gift and my partner loves it! I will say, one little cornered on the bottom was a little dented, the print could’ve been a little bit more clear for the constellations and my liking, and I thought it was gonna be a little bit larger. However, she absolutely loved the size of it! And we are ordering another one for our salon studio! Love the concept! Will recommend to others. 😊”

“I would consider poxying the entire front side so it doesnt have that rough feeling. Overall im happy with what i recieved. My boyfriend enjoyed it. I would have like it bigger though prices are a bit much”

Hello, thanks for your feedback, We have been experimenting with putting a clear coat on the top, but the cure / handling times would make it near impossible for us to meet customer deadlines. We consider our pricing very competitive considering we are printing on Wood and not poster paper, and shipping costs for us far our weigh the cost of our competitors shipping paper. We also offer larger sizes with New competitive pricing. Again, thank you for your Feedback :)

“Overall a beautiful product. The wood grain caused a slight mark to look different stained than the other areas of the wood but not a big deal. Lovely product. The order processing was way too long and customer service response was spotty. Had to contact twice to get a refund processed for discount as promised due to late processing.”

“The Wooden Map was perfect. The ONLY thing I wish was a bit better (hence the 4 stars) is the communication and updates. However, the actual product was wonderful. It was beautifully cut and the writing was clear. The packaging was great and was not damaged during transport.”

“Very high quality. Map was crisp, wood was well-planed and sanded very smooth. My one issue was that the online order form allowed me to enter more characters than the maximum allowed. So when the map came, a line was missing from the personal message. Flagging overly long entries during the ordering process would be a nice feature.”

“Good sturdy quality. Slight dent in side of wood (maybe during shipping). Print quality was a bit iffy with some pixelation around the circle.”

“The map is beautiful! Worth every penny. It was a 2017 Christmas present for my husband and it was late. I think almost 4-5 days? It was tough for me but I harassed you guys (sorry!) and luckily his birthday is in Jan so I gave it to him for that! I may still order another but think def close orders down if you get too many to handle. Or don’t promise a particular date, specify that orders must come in a month before Christmas ;)”

“Some features (like the planets, ecliptic line, and the compass design around the border of the sky) that we’re advertised in the images on the website were not present. There were a few visible pixels on the thin border of the sky. The wood was a little chipped by the hanging hole in the back. Otherwise no issues and happy with product.”

“I would rate the map itself as ''very good,'' since it was beautiful and accurate. However, I had problems with customer service. I tried several times to get in touch with the company after I had placed an order, to make sure that it would be sent with a gift receipt. I never received a response to any of my messages, and the request I'd included in my order for a gift receipt was ignored - the gift arrived with the price visible. Not good.”

“My girlfriend loved the gift. It was amazing. My only concern was the circle around the stars was a bit pixelated and as she is a photographer she was quick to notice the bad resolution... It wasn't enough to keep it off our wall, however... The only other thing is there was a dent in the top of the wood that looked to have happened in shipping? Still, even with those minor flaws, I'd definitely recommend anyone to buy one!”

“We love the map and the fact that you can still slightly see the wood grain through the dark blue. The only thing we wish were different is that the beveled edge be visible from the front rather than the back. There wasn't an image or sample on the website of the beveled edge, so it was just an assumption that we'd be able to see it without having to turn it backwards. We were hoping it would show a bit like a "frame" and that we'd be able to see more of the wood since we ordered the dark blue. We wouldn't have spent the extra money on the beveled edge had we known it wouldn't actually be visible from the front. Other than that, we're happy with how it turned out!”

“I ordered two different ones at the same time and the maps look great but it was packaged poorly for shipping and I have damage on the side of both of them in the same place on the wood from the handling during shipping. They are not cheap, so main main complaint is that I feel they should be packaged better so that they are flawless to display out of the box.”

“The product came out looking great, and exactly like the preview. Wood and print are of excellent quality (small splinters on one of the screw holes in the back but minor), however if you look very closely at the circle around the map, there is very slight pixelation visible (but barely). I was disappointed by a few things though. The website advertises planets and the ecliptic plane explicitly as part of the map, and images on the website include both these and a compass around the border of the map, but these were not included in the final product. To be fair, they were not featured in the preview either, but it would be nice if the advertised features were all included. I asked about them in the special requests/notes section of the order, but no response was given (however the personal message lines were formatted as requested in these notes - but perhaps this is just because that was also they way I had it set up in the order preview). Overall though I am happy with the product and how it came out.”
