“I was very happy with the quality and how the print turned out but my print was incomplete. Left the message unfinished, which was the main part of the frame, so disappointed about that.”

“She loves it, however I ordered "belveld edges" and they were not, I didn't send it back because it was a Valentine's gift.”

“The product is nice, mostly as expected if not slightly thinner than I thought it would be. I did, however, pay extra for delivery by Valentine's day and placed my order 10 days beforehand. I did not get my map until the day after Valentine's, it having shipped out on 2/11. I understand it's a small company and may get backed up near holidays but I did not get what I paid for. If I had been told it would be after the holiday, I wouldn't have paid extra for a "rush delivery." I actually think I should be refunded the shipping cost difference since when I ordered I picked "in your hands by Valentine's day" delivery and I didn't get that. I could've just gotten free shipping and had the same result.”

“The wood quality is great. The print quality isn’t sharp with the overlay image. The printed word is clear. Overall I am satisfied with the purchase.”

“The print seemed a bit low-quality with the star map itself. Seemed a bit blurry, low resolution, and the wood comes through a bit. Just doesn't seem very high quality and I'm a bit disappointed. I also added a special request to remove the date at the bottom if possible, which was completely ignored (someone could have at least have reached out and said that you couldn't do that).”

“I do love the print and the concept of the print. The wood is great, however, on the black backdrop, the stars are a little hard to see.”

“The surface of the wood has a 3"x2" chunk of a replacement piece of wood, where there was a blemish I assume, right under the outer border line. It takes away from the overall clean aesthetic. The print quality is pretty good considering it's on wood which can bleed a little.”

“Quality was great but little disappointed because when I took it out of the box I noticed 2 corners were smashed. This may have been due to delivery care but either way still dissapointed at a damaged yet beautiful product”

“I purchased two maps. The quality of the print is great and the wood is also very nice. The print is flat in finish though and I think it would be nice if it came in a gloss finish option. My main issue is that i ordered 1 large print and one small and they both came as large. My packing slip even reflects the correct order that i placed. I would appreciate this issue being resolved as i was planning on ordering more small prints to make a collage.”

“It is absolutely beautiful, the only thing I was really upset about is I paid for expedited shipping and it got here late so it missed my anniversary, so that was very disappointing and I tried to get refunded for shipping but never heard back from anyone”

“Its really pretty, but there were a few issues. There was a misprint on my map. It may have been my fault but when i tried to message them about the issue they never responded. On top of that i had to message them a week after i ordered it to see if it was even on the way. Also. It only allows all block capital letters and no change in font and that make the text look really tacky The application will not allow you to copy and paste text or names, so it makes it a huge pain to get it to look the way you want to. Unfortunately, will not order from this company again. If this order turned out as beautiful as i thought it was going too, i was goint to order 5 more for christmas gifts. Its a great idea and the wood looks so nice vs. The prints that other sites offer. But the text and non existent customer service left me dissapointed and regretting spending so much on a wedding gift that i cant even give the couple.”

“overall the product looks okay the only concern I have is if there's a scratch/scuff across the finish so not sure if that can be wiped with a wet or damp cloth... I have not reached out to customer service or emailed about this issue because I just opened the box a few days ago. Also I'm not sure if anybody is going to reply back because I did not hear back on a few emails I've sent. Customer service needs to improve.”

“The map turned out great, however I purchased around the holidays and was really disappointed with communication. I paid for “faster” processing and did not receive my map until a month after I ordered it even though I was assured I would have it for Christmas (I didn’t). If it wasn’t doable it shouldn’t have been an option.”
