Then about 3 weeks later the fitters came out fitted 8 new windows in replacement of the very old wooden ones they were great bunch of lads worked hard and the finished job looks great made up with them.”

I needed a new door and windows at the front of my property due to condensation on the windows and my door not being safe, Ben from safestyle was very good he was friendly and told me what I needed he wasnt pushy and didn't hard sell at all. I chose a door that is more pricey but safe style did all the could to help with the cost, being a single mum I was worried I wouldn't ever be able to get new windows let alone a stunning compasit door but after explaining this to the safe style team they worked out a great price and I can pay it off monthly so that was fab for me I also got some stunning new French doors.
On the day of fitting the team was excellent a great bunch of lads very informative and friendly the jod was done in no time and they even hoovered up 👍 all my windows and my new doors was all fitted in a day and they look stunning 😉 thanks again safe style I love mine so much and the service was that good that my friend is having hers fitted later this month.

“The service we received in the beginning was very helpful, the man that came to our house was very helpful and explained everything to us which we were satisfied with. We requested a vent to be fitted in the window and the man advised us that the vent will be fitted in. We were also given a detailed letter which outlined that vents will be fitted in. Couple of days later there were workers that came to our house to fit in the windows, now before the man was fitting in the windows we advised them to fit in the vent also, after the job was done I asked the workers again if the vent was fitted, they said to me it doesn't say a vent will be fitted in on papers. I was so upset when this was not fitted in the workers said this is not our problem we just been told to do a job which was fair enough. So I called the company and asked why was there not a vent fitted in, they advised us we did not make a payment for the vent which we did. Eventually they advised us after that you have made a payment and we will be fitting in a vent. Couple of days later I have been ringing them again, again and again and my phone was not being answered. Then I received a phone call from safe style saying that I am not entitled to a vent and there will be a additional fee. Then I finally spoke to the man who dealt with us in the beginning, he said to us I do not want to take this to the debt collection team as they will take this one step further. I would not advised anyone to join this company, I do not wish anyone to go through what i been through with this company. Very disrespectful staff and workers that were working to put the windows up were not helpful in any sort of way as they kept saying we got nothing to do with the company we have just been sent to do a job.”
