“Very happy with the new double glazing. Initial quote provided quickly followed by a surveyor visit. As it was December and a busy time I was given an appointment for installation just 3 weeks later. It was fitted efficiently in 4 hours ... that’s a kitchen, bedroom and full lounge window. No mess left and the guys explained everything I needed to know at the end. Competitive price too. Recommended.”

“I would not recommend this company. Had the windows installed in July and completed 6 weeks later. They decided to replace our french doors minus a lintel and tried to fob me off by saying it was not required. After contacting a structural engineer and FENSA, it turned out that a lintel was required as the installation was dangerous. They use contractors to install the windows and doors and have targets to meet inorder to quickly progress to the next job. The windows may be energy efficient but not the gaps between the windows and wall. Their complaint service is non existent. Rang and emailed the Customer Service Team and to this day still no call back. Personally, get the work done by a reputable local window installer.”

“Had salesmen to give me quote started off at over 9 000 for 7?windows and 2 doors finally agreed on 7200 surveyor came measured up agreed fitting date as I told them wanted it done while I’m away paid a friend to be there to let them in get back from holiday with friends that wanted to see new windows only to find out they hadn’t done them so definitely wouldn’t recommend this company so still looking for reputable company to do then for next time I m away also arranged with neighbour for scaffolding to go on her drive as she was away to”
“Our windows were fitted beginning of October. We are still waiting for issues to be resolved. They don’t answer emails or return phone calls. All told Safestyle falls very shout of it’s Customer Service standards. When the surveyor eventually came out to check the installation - why don’t they have an automatic quality check - he was quite appalled by the standard of fitting and noticed issues that we had not! We are still waiting for his report; resolution to our complaint and a refund for a lintel that’s was not used!
Our neighbour has withdrawn an order following our problems!”
