“Got my door fitted on the 7th jan just under a week couldn’t fault the the installation but what’s going on now is the lock mechanism is a problem I can get into my house but can’t get out the thumb lock is not working I’ve been onto safestyle and the earliest call out is the 28th January to amend the issue I’ve explained that this is a health and safety issue what if there’s a fire at the back entrance of my house how do I get out am fuming they also said to me that I should get a locksmith and they would reimbursed me so u can understand the way am feeling 😤😤😤”
