“After a cold call to our house yesterday we decided to get a quote for our windows being replaced. The agent stated we would get a quote at the time the salesman came to the house.to assess which windows we wanted replacing. After the salesman had measured up windows he asked, would we sign on the dotted line today. My husband stated it would depend on the price. He said he couldnt give us a price because we couldnt confirm we would go ahead. He said he would email a price. Talk about pressurised selling. How ridiculous he wasnt prepared to give a price because we couldnt guarantee we would go ahead with purchasing of windows whilst he was there. Like any large purchase you shop around and dont just get one quote. I do not like pressurised selling nor do I like a sulky salesman who refused to give us a price at the time he was there. He said he would email a quote. So 24 hours later still no quote. If they really wanted the business they would have given us a quote there and then (not that hard when he has a pda in front of him!!). So would I sign up now for windows even if I get a quote. I certainly wouldn't. If customer service doesnt exist at the start then it's not going to exist further down the line. I would be interested to know why we could only be given a price there and then if we guaranteed we would sign up.”
“From initial consultation to fitting, we couldn't have asked for better service, we didn't feel pressured at all, we were given the time to make our decision, the cost of the product was excellent, and we absolutely love our front door, the fitter, Gareth, was very efficient so all in all we would definitely recommend, thank you”

“Door was fitted at the beginning of July. The fitter was very polite and worked with out disrupting me working from home. After completing the fitting he demonstrated the operation to open close and lock. At all times he complied with covid 19 requirements and ensured my home felt safe to welcome him.
The Door - always whilst waiting for fitting felt a little expensive but having seen the end result the quality of the fitters work I think I got value for money and a door that befits my Palace”
“Have been working for the company, and would recommend not to use them.
You would be mislead from the beginning, as the real fitting price would be a 55% out from their list price.
The quality of the product and flexibility of accommodating the customers is less than impressive.
It s just about feeding the people that are working for the company as they have no salaries and relay on commission to survive.
If not only that, you would expect a reliable after sale services. Well be aware they don't have the infrastructure to handle it.
You can not trust a company managed by dishonest management teams.
Instead Use a reliable local family business.
I will personally as as an ex representative for the company, engage a legal procedure against them to mislaid their employees and their customers.”
“The window fitters were in a rush to finish the job as it was a Friday afternoon and so they didn't have to return the next day. one bedroom widow didn't close properly and 3 on the windows have scratches on them.
they left the windows mucky and with marks all over so didn't know they were scratches till they had left.
Rang customer services and someone was sent out the next day to investigate and in fairness he was polite and understanding and further investigation showed that they have done a shoddy job on the window sills.
someone was sent out to replace the scratched windows however one of the replacements was also scratched and therefore they have to return again.
for the amount of money being sent you think there would be a better quality control when producing the windows, especially when providing replacements for already faults!
Knowing what we do now, we would not have gone with safestyle and would not recommend.”

With coved at the moment they were understanding with social distancing. The cost of the 9 windows were less than I thought and very good value”
