The fitters were friendly, considerate of the kids regarding noise and made sure we had a safe space away from the work by discussing this with me beforehand and prioritising the order in which they did the windows. “Ash came out to give me a quote for a new door and window 10 days ago and I've heard nothing since. Considering Coronovirus is about, he walked straight into my house without asking and when I asked him to stand outside his entire attitude changed. He measured the door and gave me a price but I said you've not seen the window yet. He thought I meant the tiny window above the door, not realising that was included in the door frame and thought a separate thing. My confidence in him went to zero. He was quite pushy and wanted me to sign there and became quite indignant when I asked for a written quote so I could compare to others.
Needless to say, I won't be having them back if this is the service to begin with.”

My door was fitted within the time specified and I am very pleased with the end result. The colour is superb, blends in lovely with the property. It's exactly what I was after. He cleaned up behind himself and left no mess and he showed me how to lock the door securely.
