“We have had all new windows and doors, we are pleased with the quality and the fitters were great however the post install support is awful. Scaffolding still has not been removed and we tried to get help from the customer helpline, customer services and post installation teams with no avail. We then contacted the sales person who visited us and he was very rude and dismissive once he found out we have already paid. A real shame as we wanted a conservatory to match but will have to go else where.”

From quote to installation was quick. The fitter was polite and the workmanship was neat and tidy. Will eventually have our pouch and rear outhouse redone. would recommend Safe style to any one.”
“If I could give them a zero star I would. From the first day of fitting I had to complain. They did not finish the end of the inside window with pvc trim leaving the edges exposed with sharp cut pvc which you can reach your fingers behind. The fitters just told us to paint around it with white so it wouldnt look obvious. One of the windows only had half a window sill which totally changed the size of the window and again left even larger gaps between the frame and the window. They damaged the sandstone wall on the outside of the bay window and just filled it with filler which looks terrible. The front door was the wrong pattern that I ordered so the panel had to be changed. Even when they amended the problems, there was still hanging bits of trim I had to ask them to cut off to make the windows look even. There was also parts around the window which still need sealing on the trims which we will just do ourselves because it was too much hassle at this point. Not to mention the damage caused on the top of my stairs when they were carrying the new window upstairs. The whole experience and quality was beyond poor.”
“Found this company online and decided to go ahead with fitting new doors and windows throughout the house. Everything worked like a clockwork from the beginning to the end and I really mean it! The quote followed by the survey was really detailed and all the questions were covered. Then couple of days before the installation we had chaps coming to erect the scaffolding and Monday morning the crew arrived to replace our windows and doors. It felt like being in a bee hive! They were absolutely rapid with the work and yet they paid attention to every detail. Once they finished, you would have not been able to tell that you just had some work done in the house - everything was beautifully finished off and house was left clean and tidy. In my opinion top job 👍 Definitely recommend!”
