“Fantastic from start to finish. After a free quote and helpful chat with a member of the sales team all the way through the completion of the new sliding door we had fitted, we cannot complain.
The door is beautiful, 2 huge glass panels in an anthracite grey frame. The whole fitting took a few hours and that included removing the old door and windows and knocking down two small walls. The fitters were exceptional, they did the job quickly and pretty quietly considering what was involved. The guys cleaned up beautifully and the attention to detail they had during the actual fitting and finishing of the door was second to none. The door moves smoothly and does not feel as heavy as anticipated considering its size.
We were very lucky that from quote to installation only took a few weeks so we are still going to get to enjoy having the door open during the summer.

“We had our new backdoor installed on the 18th June. Couldn't have chosen a worse day weatherwise, with torrential rain all morning. The poor fitter was soaked and inevitably a lot of mud came into the kitchen. Pleased with the door. However, the flashing outside, probably with the hot weather, has become detached from the new concrete rendering. Also there are nasty stains on the flashing, which we thought we would be able to remove easily. But this is not the case. Any suggestions of how to remove the stains would be appreciated; normal household cleaning products have no effect. Pleased with product and service. Contract no. 1385870”

“We originally contacted via Facebook having used Safestyle before. All of the brochures were sent via email. Our order was made during the pandemic lockdown and the sales agent was excellent with his use of video calling. He talked through doing the provisional measurements and went through all suitable offers available with pricing. He ensured that we were happy with our choices before we went ahead. The surveyor came and did what was needed - whilst maintaining social distancing in a professional manner. The fitter came to fit the door and was polite, kept social distancing and generally had a great attitude throughout. He was careful around our property and cleaned up the area as he worked, making sure there was no mess at the end. The work done was excellent and he even double checked the lock and mechanism before leaving. He helped us through the phone payment system and was a perfect example of how to represent a company by his actions.
