“Great price for a quality product, we had both our front and back doors replaced. Service has been faultless since day one, even through lockdown. Fitting was quick, tidy and our fitter Dave was really friendly Highly recommended +”

“Safestyle from the moment they quoted right through the installation of our new windows & doors were fantastic, I have never seen two workmen work so hard with total pride in their work, the product is second to none & home has never been so quiet, felt so secure & looks amazing inside & out, I would recommend Safestyle implicitly”

“Have bought a new front door from Safestyle and have to say, we are really pleased with it. We have had great service and regular communication through these difficult times. On the day of installation, the fitters rang when they were on there way, they were very professional and cleaned up as they went along. Overall great service and product and I would recommend Safestyle... thank you”

“Never ever buy from this company ....... our windows were put in in September 2019 and we are still waiting for them to be put in correctly as they’re the wrong size. We have had people come and view 6 times and try to correct the fact that they are leaking rain in onto our new plaster and they corrected two of the windows....... with an appointment to correct the others they did not turn up. Customer service just does not exist”

“Do not use them. They basically are full of sh€t, they quoted me £18000 for 6 windows When I told them I got a quote the day before for £8900 for 6 windows and a bi folding patio door the drop there price by £10000 in 10 seconds. A company that can drop the price like that are con men. Do not trust them.”

“I would strongly advise looking at other companies before settling for Safestyle. We had all our windows replaced/chucked in about 18 months ago, we are still chasing them to clear the 50+ defects we listed.”

“Safestyle made me happy by fitting my new windows. The scaffolding was erected on Monday, the fitters arrive on Tuesday, old windows removed new units fitted. We were informed that the old windows had some issues which they corrected. the team were great friendly efficient and tidy. I couldn't have asked for more. Great.”

“Awful customer service. I don't recommend. After 3 wrong surveys and remake of the windows, I lost so much time trying to speak to somebody regarding my experience, hoping that they will make something to rectify the issues. I was promised a cheque as a gesture of goodwill, 3 months ago, which never arrived, and on top of this everytime I'm calling to discuss this matter I'm being bounced from one person to another. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. Please do not believe their supposed values, they don't exist. They just want to take your money. The worse experience ever!!!!!”
