“I had my windows and door fitted two weeks ago . Although I’m happy with them the work men left my house like a building site , they certainly didn’t leave it clean as I’d been promised. I noted straight away that the security chain and spy hole I’d ordered was missing. Despite doing this, telling the follow up calls, texting my salesman and emailing 3 times I’ve heard nothing. I’ve tried to call for a week but never an answer. They are quick enough to sell but the follow up service is shocking !!!!”

From the rep coming out the same day we made an inquiry to the actual installation everything went smoothly and easily. We were called to see what date was convenient for the installation and then given a time slot. The gentleman who fitted the door put matting down inside and out and even roughed up the cement around the frame so it matched our rendering. Cleaned up inside and out and gave a full explanation and demonstration confirming I was happy before he took payment. Whole process was simple and easy.
