“Good experience in general, the installation was quick and the waiting time not too long as well. The installers came in the morning and started their work such that just past 2pm they were done with it. All done neatly and quick.
However, the first representative, we didn't like the way we kind of were forced into the contract. Fortunately the second one we spoke to honoured the deal we had with previous one and was much nicer.
The second surprise came with the installation booking, because the surveyor said we need to have a scaffolding, which is actually fine, but the surprise came when we had to pay for it, where we were assured (by the representative) that there will be no additional costs for the installation...
All in all please work on your sale practices and it will be 5 stars service.”

“As previous Safestyle customers within the last two years, we were looking to replace bedroom double glazed windows which were at least 30 years old and had deteriorating seals.
We had two objectives to replace with as similar as possible to our existing windows and to improve sound insulation as we live on an increasingly busy main road.
The salesperson discussed our options fully with us and we chose to have laminated glazed windows to reduce road noise and improve heat insulation.
A great installation crew turned up on time as promised and completed the job cleanly and efficiently. Everything about the window operation was explained upon completion of the work.
The new windows met our original expectations and we are very pleased with the result and would happily recommend Safestyle to anyone planning to replace windows and doors.

“Process from start to finish was excellent.
I rang up the sales team and they sent a salesman that same evening. After discussing all the option and being shown what was available we come to an agreement on the price on my new door was ordered.
Next a surveyor arrived again on time to confirm the measurements required for the new door and to go over the order to ensure everything noted by the salesman was correct (It was).
Lastly the fitter turned up on the day and on-time to install the door. He was very polite and just got on with the job. This was completed in under two hours to a very high standard and all the mess was cleanup up afterwards.
Overall I'm very happy with my new door which I think is excellent value. I would suggest you try and bargain with the salesman in though as discounts can be achieved if you persist.”

Safestyle messed up my order and won't do anything to make it right. I've ordered composite door from them and what they've installed had a wrong colour frame plus a wrong type of glass. Now they won't even admit it was an error on their side and say I have no evidence of what I actually ordered. Well guess what... I don't because your consultant does it all on a tablet which by the way he didn't know how to use. I have 6 more windows I need to replace but I will definitely not be using Safestyle ever again. Time to leave some reviews online and spread the news. Worst service ever!”
