“You spent 3 hours pressuring a 74 year old woman into a sale until late at night. She then lost sleep for 3 nights in a row. She said the only way she could get rid of the salesman was to say yes to windows and the finance which she couldn't afford. Disgraceful.”
“The whole process took about 3 weeks, which we felt was very quick. When they gave a date they stuck to it. The windows are clearly much better quality than we had, the fitters we very polite and did a good job. We will be using again and would recommended.”

“Salesman came and was great, chose the door we wanted and got good price. Was told surveyor would come to measure up, when he came he mentioned the type of glass we wanted but nothing else about the door. When the fitter arrived he removed the old door and frame and starting putting the new one in when we realised it was the wrong style door, after a brief conversation with safestyle they agreed to come out the following week and change it. No one showed and after a telephone conversation I was told that was the door on the surveyor's paperwork and they wouldn't be coming out. Was told to email which we did but didn't get a reply so went through the complaint procedure and still no reply!! Despite the door we ordered being on the original paperwork and the fitter writing on his they were going to change the door it looks like I'm going to have to go through the small claims procedure!! Do yourselves a favour and go elsewhere!!!!”
“We Had a door fitted promised if you recommend a friend you both receive £50.00 this is certainly not the case we have been waiting months and still nothing rang them full of excuses it is like begging for this yet it is advertised”
“We had a salesperson call to quote for a new back door. He was extremely pushy. We have already had quotations so knew roughly prices to expect. He quoted us an extraordinary price which he quickly discounted. We laughed. He then said if we signed there and then he could discount further. Price still much higher than other companies. So he pulled the old 'I'll just ring my boss's stunt. Again another discount but we had to sign up there and then. He was settling in for the afternoon. We didn't budge. Didn't make him tea and said we'd take time to think. If we'd not been canny he'd have pushed us into purchasing the product. A real hard selling process which was quite uncomfortable”

That person I had to find as apparently the local branch were unable to.

“I’m a returning customer to SafeStyle after having 6 windows fitted last year I returned to have a front door fitted. On both occasions the fitting was successfully completed with no issues the fitters were organised and cleaned up after them selfs. Iv recommend SafeStyle to friends and family who after seeing what Iv had installed have had there’s fitted by them too. Can’t recommend them enough

“Very odd sales pitch today. Salesman turned up only to advise that he could only proceed with me if my husband was with me! I said that wasn’t made clear when I made the appt. He phoned his boss who stated not to proceed. Salesman a nice enough guy who did tell me about the door products and that as a national company it doesn’t matter if certain areas don’t make profit as they have enough sales in London. This is not a good message, I want to deal with a company that cares and will do their very best for me. Anyway, I’ll save you the hassle Safestyle, I’ll go elsewhere for my new door.”
