had an episode at Hayes store 10 days ago - all I asked for was a £5 note for some change in my pocket. First customer service lady didn't have any which is fair enough and then second Lady greeted me with 'What For !' I even had another customer offer support suggesting she should try a more apologetic approach and all I said to her was she should maybe be a bit more friendly - 'well that's your opinion' I must have had a handful of times after then being told about store policy that they don't do change. Before I know it I turn round and there's a security guard in my face pulling some kung fu move ! I have of course complained and get told a load of rubbish about its just one of those things and it's just six and half a dozen of the other. What For is in my opinion too blunt not a great reaction to any question from a customer - all it tells me is that Sainsbury's don't really care that much about their customers at all. First one of these I've ever written in my life and I only turned 50 last year !”
“They have everything I need, it's very clean, great food and deals and the staff are fantastic, very friendly and caring when I'm by myself but they go a bit extra if my son that is autistic comes shopping with me, fantastic team. well done sainsbury's.”

“I shop weekly at Sainsbury’s store in Street, Somerset where the staff are always helpful but this week they went the extra mile which prompted me to write this review. There were no Linda McCartney burgers and I complained as this was the second week the shelf was empty. The store manager, Paul, attempted to locate them in the freezer storeroom but couldn’t so he promised to ring me when these were in. That evening I got a call to say the burgers were in store and they would be delivered to me at home - all free of charge! Can’t beat that for excellent customer service!”
“Well done Sainsbury on having a whole range of products with NO PALM OIL.
Saving the orangutan is something I strongly believe in and have for the past 6 years not bought any products with PALM OIL in them. So now even the sweet mince meat is palm oil free. You should make this public and put no palm oil on your labels. As there are many people like me that what to save the forests .

I have a delivery about once every 10 day's. The delivery drivers are always really nice, the order usually has few substitutes if any, and I have no complaints - can not say the same of Waitrose!!!”
“I only recently became a Sainsburys customer after moving close to a large store. The staff are always so pleasant and helpful. Today, I returned an item that I was charged far more than was marked on the shelf. It turned out that the item was in the wrong spot and the lower price was for a similar product. However, they refunded me the difference. I would have been happy just to return the item and be credited! I am very impressed.”
