“Sold me ammo then they cancelled my order because they made a pricing error. My money has still not been refunded. They're offering no coupon or discount for the hassle I'm having to deal with because of their mistake”

“I recently purchased eight "cases" of 12 gauge shotgun shells to include free shipping. I have found that when buying something (from any retailer) and free shipping is offered, that the seller will choose the slowest, most inexpensive, shipping option available and that it can take upwards of a week to ten days before arrival. However, this order was placed on a Sunday and at my doorstep on Thursday. When Fed Ex sent an email notifying me of the shipments arrival date I thought that it was a misprint. One may think that the cost of the shells was so high that it made up for the free shipping. That would make sense, but not in this case. The price was very competitive. Literally cents a box more than the next guy who charged shipping. I don't know what it costs to ship nearly 100 pounds of shotgun shells but I feel that I got a great deal.”

“I'm sure if my product ever gets to me it will be about what I paid for. Taking a few days to find a box, a couple to wrap it up and fill out the shipping form seems on par with a company that rushes to request accolades before completing the task. Right on cue with all we see in generations of.... " I Participated!!! "”

Daniel, From looking at your order it was shipped out on the 13th of February, and your order was placed on the 12th. You would have received emails with tracking information, and because of where you live (not going to post that information publicly) that would explain why things took such a long time to ship. It looks like the first delivery attempt was on the 28th.

“Cannot get an answer, paid for an item on the 13th of the month and order hang changed. Reached out to consumer by email multiple times no response and cannot get in touch with anyone to process refund etc. Poor customer service and wish I never ordered from them ever.”
