SAMi® is a video-based sleep activity monitor for parents, caregivers and individuals that need to watch carefully for unusual movements at night. SAMi can detect and alarm on all types of movement, with settings that can be easily customized to your individual needs. During sleep, the SAMi camera's proprietary technology monitors for unusual or abnormal movement in the field of view. When abnormal movement is detected, an alarm sounds on the Apple device running the SAMi iOS app (iPhone / iPod / iPad / Mac) and displays a live video / audio feed. Within seconds, the individual or caregiver can take any necessary action. “Excellent, gave me back my sleep at night. I recommend using with dedicated wifi , play with the settings on the camera til you get the sweet spot between false alarms and catching seizures.”

“The pice of mind this product provides is the ONLY reason I can sleep and sleep in my own room. I still get woke up every night from the alarm, even if he’s not seizing but it still helps me to give the piece of mind that my son is ok. I know if he ever needs me during the night I have the right tools in place with SAMI to help.”

“My son was recently diagnosed with focal epilepsy and only had seizures at night. We were struggling and sleep deprived. Nothing was going to work to detect his chewing and "gulping" that were part of his seizures. Our neurologist told us about SAMi. The price caught us off guard but the peace of mind and being able to sleep at night is worth every penny. It took some adjustments and a learning curve but now we are all rested and can feel secure knowing we will be alerted if he has a seizure. My son feels confident that he is safe now as he was pretty scared with his big life change. So glad we have our SAMi! It is a must for us!”
