“ Wrong plant sent out. Others to follow but no appearance.Numerous emails and direct call to customer service to rectify and clarify delivery address. Three messages from yodel to say plants were being delivered. Never turned up on each occasion. Excellent in past but abysmal now. Company grown too big and cannot meet demand after promotions. Sadly that will be my last order. ( if it is ever completed). ”
