“I did not receive the loan as there was a mix up with my sort code details at ur end then I still got charged from two different company s totaling ,44 pound which was taken from my bank that I didn't no of”

“Absolutely awful service, my loan accepted which is good but not when they put it in the wrong bank account . Now I have been bank can't do anything and neither can Satsuma. Still paying payments though which happened to set up without fault. I was informed deposits into bank linked to card, not for me they didn't and so won't help ..”

“It is way to easy to get a loan. I have got myself in to a mess. I don't have a job any more and they didn't check i was ok to take loan out”

“Someone fraudulently applied for loan in my name which was approved very poor security.. Makes you wonder about this company.”

“Turns out I only needed my 500 loan for less than 2 weeks so decided to pay it back early. Ended up costing 633 to settle the balance. Daylight robbery even for a payday lender!!!”

“Hi I got a 100 pound loan out and emailed ur selves to ask u to not send me any mail through the post as my partner is very I'll and stressing about everything so seeing that I had got a loan would have not helped at all I told ur selves twice and sent my security questions twice and explained that at no time did i want mail sent through the post to look after my partners well being but it reply was that I have to ring up and sort this but iv got a lot on my plate with my partner and I only wanted u to email me instead of sending thrings through the post to help me out, regards Damian Aleksic,daisydot55@googlemail.com”

“Not too impressed if honest. Called up to make an additional payment of 25% of loam and was told this wouldn't affect the amount of interest on the loan as it is added at the beginning. In the case it's not interest it's a fixed charge surely.”

“Basically I taken a loan out a few years back and now all off a sudden your company are telling me I've recently taken one out and keep contacting me telling me I need to pay the money back trying to take money out my account and I ain't happy!”
