“I paid my first loan off early and was hoping to receive another one but it the website isn't accepting my card but every other verification centre is apart from theirs. Tried to contact them but never get a reply!”

“Rip off charges. Got300 off then have to pay back 450. Understand a little charge just not that much. Enjoy the champan I have paid for”

“Took a loan of £440 pound. On 24th December. Paid it back earlier on the 10th of January so that is 17 days loan. I already paid 1 week instalment of £49 my final payment to settle early was £517. So for 17 day loan borrow I paid £116. Just criminal shocking never get a loan with these loans sharks ruin your finances.”

“I wouldn't recommend satsuma loans I made a large early payment to my loan but there was no reduction in my interest unlike other loan companies so it was pointless asking the payment”

“I was given a loan despite being in a debt plan with another loan from provident. The new loan was just to easy to get from them.”

“very good short term loans with affordable payments would be better if you could pay monthly though when wages get paid? is this a option”

“Extremely costly compared to competitors, taking weekly payments rather than monthly so you have to ensure you put aside the money each week to pay them back. Tries to intimidate you when offering to repay early by saying they will send a letter when I clearly said I don't want any correspondence by post, supposedly for FCA requirements (other lenders you can pay online/over the phone no problem). Repayments are very much front loaded so even if you can repay early you've paid most of the interest in your early payments. Bad company, not helpful and no online account management (Was informed it is in its early stages and will send invitations to random customers in the future).”

“Hi, I was still able to get a loan from satsuma although my credit history is appauling, this as put me in further trouble because I cannot afford to pay this off, their loans are far to easyto get, stricter measures should be put in place to stop people like myself from getting loans!!”
