“Whilst I was delighted to receive my Lenovo ThinkPad E555 and am delighted with the product. The supplier failed to give me the reason why my order was "put on hold" for three days and was not released until I chased the order by telephone. The order appears to have then been despatched promptly and delivered the following day by courier. Excellent value for money.”

“This is one of the, if not the very worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a laptop for 5 day delivery, it came 10 days late and the laptop had the wrong hardware and was broken. It would also keep randomly turning itself off. After this, I had to arrange to return it to them myself, and had to spend about £25 on packaging supplies and boxes, which they told me they can't pay for even though they are the ones who sent me the faulty laptop in the first place. Overall it has taken me 4 weeks after receiving it to send it back to them and now I am in limbo waiting for what will happen next. Absolutely dreadful company. Will never work with them again.”

“I paid for the next day delivery, after much chasing and hours on the phone to both, the seller and their courier, I had to collect it up from a picking point myself after 4 days. For those 4 days nobody was able to tell me where the parcel was. The seller shifted the blame despite the wrong labels attached to the parcel by their own warehouse, later admitting that 'they forgot to despatch'. Asus laptop I got had specs stating 'Keyboard Type - Laptop Keyboard' which makes one assume it is a standard UK keyboard. Well, it is not - it is a US one. Also, it keeps turning itself off despite many settings changes/other simple solutions that would normally work. I had to have it serviced - I'd dread to contact this company again for return/repair/anything at all, since they were unable to process a simple order in the first place. It would've probably taken a month, if lucky. Utter nightmare, no compensation offered upon my first complaint, no further reply, atrocious customer service.”

“Quality of product is good - exactly as spec'd and what I expected. You are let down by your customer service. I bought on the free delivery in 5 days option. There was no delivery after 5 days. I contacted you by phone to be told that the screen I prdered was Out of Stock - although it was showing as in stock at time of order. Delivery was made 2 days later - 7 working days after order was placed”

“My new laptop arrived today, 2 days after ordering it, which I was very pleased about as I had expected it to take much longer with the free delivery service of approx. 5 days. I'm pleased I didn't go for one of the paid delivery options! I would have given this a 'very good' rating but I tried to order this on Saturday when my old laptop suddenly 'gave up the ghost' and was disappointed that I couldn't order on-line at the w/e because the website didn't recognise my address. I was also disappointed that I was unable to phone at that time as the phone line was open only Monday to Friday. That apart, excellent service and a good bargain price for my laptop.”

“The ordering process was nice and straightforward. Once i picked the laptop i wanted from the large range available, it was just a few minutes before i had my order completed. The next day delivery was dead on time. This is my 2nd laptop purchase from save on laptops and i cannot fault their service. Thank you.”

“I hadn't heard of this company until a friend told me about them - I am so glad he did. My laptop arrived in good time and is of very good quality. My only issue with this company is that I couldn't track the "package" as it was being posted which made me worry, although there was no need to! 10/10 would buy again!”

“Ordered HP laptop about 10.00 pm Monday, 5 October2015. Immediate and confirmation of receipt of order. Received delivery of product in excellent protective packaging on Friday 9 October at approximately 10.30 am. The service was quick , efficient and professional with no cause for complaint in any respect.”

“Delivery was the only good part of the service. My laptop came with the wrong hardware, it took 5 weeks overall just to get it back to me after spending so much money on a laptop, Without any form of compensation for wasting 5 weeks waiting on a laptop due to their own fault. Customer service was completely shocking, i will certainly will not be purchasing from you again and i wont be recommending to anyone”

“Good prompt service laptop arrived within the specified timescale had chosen free 5 day service and could have had it in 4 if somebidy had been in to take delivery, delivery agent gave option of changing day and gave a 1 hr window for delivery ideal!”
