“I love the coating and the way this WOK cooks. The only draw back is the weight. Since a common practice for wok cooking is to toss around the food in the wok, the shear weight of this makes it nearly impossible to do.”

“Love the look and feel of the pans. They hold heat really well and cook evenly while still being great at non-stick. However, the wear I am already seeing using soft utensils and mild dishwashing has me concerned about long-term durability. Scratches are already appearing in a material that was supposed to be 10x harder than stainless steel. For the cost of the pans, I am surprised they are not more resilient.”

Hi Stephen. Thanks for your feedback. You're correct, that scuff marks will appear with use. The SCANPAN cookware surface is not scratch-proof. However, the performance of the cookware should not be interrupted based on normal use. We hope this helps.

“Love my new Pro S+ 11 inch frying pan. The nonstick surface is so good that hardly any oil is needed. I like the design which maximizes the cooking surface & also the light weight.”

“My daughter told me about the SCANPAN. I had tried several other nonstick pans but none lasted. I bought the SCANPAN a couple of months ago and it is perfect ! I love it! I wish I had gotten one sooner! Excellent Purchase!”

“I am very impressed with the quality of the nonstick surface on my new TechnIQ pans. I ordered 8 pans and fry pans of various sizes as separate pieces. I liked the shape of the Windsor pan so much that I ordered two. The overall quality of the TechnIQ line of pans is excellent. The large fry pan is great for searing steaks. My one request is for the TechnIQ Sauté Pan 4.25QT to be sold separately. I would like to purchase this pan but the only way is to buy a complete set of pans. Please consider making it available as a separate piece.”

“We started using the Scanpan Professional line about a year ago. We've really enjoyed the pans and think they are quality pans. Ordering on the website is easy and orders ship quickly. My only complaint would be that the "suggested price" seems ridiculous at times. We've bought all of our pans at a sales price which I feel is worth the money spent.”
