“So just days before Christmas my daughter decided she wanted a pair of "specific" trainers so went into schuh in Bath sadly they didn't have her size:-(but straight away they took the worried look off my face said they could make sure they were at my door the next day and guess what...They were :-) so now going to have a very happy girl on Christmas day..Thanks Schuh great customer service.”
“No refund after three weeks
Son bought a pair of shoes online. Nothing like the picture. Returned to store and three weeks later no refund despite chasing on numerous occasions. Very very rude and unhelpful staff. Doubt we will see the refund. We are going to try trading standards but hold out little hope. Meanwhile my son is walking round with holes in his shoes as can’t afford to lay out another hundred pounds whilst awaiting a refund. Shocking company. Shocking service. Be warned.”
“I ordered 2 pairs of boots online neither of which fit my difficult feet very well. I returned them to the shop where the shop assistant spend a lot of time helping me choose more suitable footwear. They were very patient and helpful with their suggestions. I now have very comfortable feet!”
“For a quality shop I was really disappointed when I bought a pair of shoes online for my wedding day. They arrived and had obviously been at least tried on before (underneath label had been removed leaving a sticky residue) they had been put back in box but there was damp spots on the fabric bow. I returned them to the local store where the assistant was dealing with my issue very well until an older man (manager I suspect) arrived and proceeded to argue with me. No apology just a really bad attitude. I can understand mistakes in packing but lack of customer service in a shop that charges their prices, i'll go elsewhere in future.”
