“My daughter returned a pair of boots for a refund. Schuh sent her back a parcel with a different pair of boots in not her size and says this is what she returned, so refused refund. Original boots returned were Timberland at £125.00. She has asked they check weight on her original return label but they point blank refused to help in any way.
I would suggest Schuh review it’s system for returning items as it looks as though someone in returns has a new pair of Timberland boots for nothing thanks very much!”
“This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered an item that I did not receive. When I started to look for the location of my goods, they said that they left it with a neighbor and that they do not take any responsibility. I asked to send a picture, they ignored my request. You sent a delivery history where neither the street nor the apartment is specified, only the district. Not even a zip code.
Shame on the Shuh company.

“Didn’t receive my item! Apparently it was left with my neighbour (an old man and lady who have been taking my parcels in for years) they assured me they didn’t have it. I contacted schuh and they assured me the driver would go back my my neighbours to retrieve the item even though I knew they didn’t have it. Then they advised me that the courier said my neighbours had recieved it and I have the item. When checking again with my neighbours they said FedEx hasn’t been once never mind twice. So I am now £90 down and don’t have the trainers which were a gift! Schuh said there’s nothing else they can do when I asked them to open the case again with the couriers, Appalling customer service! Will not be using schuh ever again!”
“Don't buy at Schuh. After 3 months, both SAYE trainers bought at Schuh are starting peel and looking like cheap knock-offs. Schuh shop manager at Cribbs Causeway refused to replace or refund. First, saying it's a problem with vegan leather, normal leather would have been ok. Then saying it's normal wear & tear. Clearly, it's best to leave Schuh's trainers on the shelf rather than actually wearing them, even occasionally for 3 months! Then it was due to the way we put on the trainers, based on the laces being tied when we brought them to the shop (Note to self: stop being neat). As they were over £100, I'll submit a section 75 claim via the credit card company and let them sort it out.”
“If I could give a 0 zero rating, it would be too good for schuh. I returned a pair of shoes on the 17th of April, they then refused to give me my refund. They actually said I had been given the refund and I wasn't looking in the right place for it. When I emailed looking for my money, I was told to contact Klarna, klarna said no, it's schuhs issue. I contacted schuh again and they said try Klarna again etc. No matter who I spoke to they blamed anyone else, usually me. It took 6 weeks of me emailing, and practically begging for my own money before Klarna finally investigated and low and behold, it had gotten stuck on their side. I received my refund on the 29th of May. 6 weeks after I first returned the shoes! I will NEVER shop in schuh again! It was disgraceful that I had to go through so much stress for 6 weeks to retrieve my own money (minus a return fee,the cheek!!)”
“I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Schuh. I ordered shoes worth £130, but what I received were used and incorrect, cheap shoes. This might be due to their delivery services or internal mishandling, but I feel cheated and have effectively lost my money. This experience has been highly frustrating and unacceptable.”

“Bought some sandals online, tried them on at home and realised they’re far too big for me. Tried to return them in store but was refused because they’re “worn” despite what the shop assistant pointed out being a design flaw on the back of the heel where the stitching meets.”
“I have ordered 2 pairs of shoes that were delivered to the wrong address. At first they said they were definitely delivered to me which was impossible because I was not even at home. Then magically after sending a million emails they re appeared. I asked to have them delivered to a pick a place where I found only one pair so the whole thing of me having to email them again started again. Throughout the whole thing they kept says one thing and then another. Often what the courier said was something completely different from what the company said. As I write this after 2 weeks I still have not been refunded for the missing shoes. Avoid at all costs.”

“UPS "lost" my delivery for the second time. Schuh staff helpful but can't "guarantee" orders will be delivered. Got a refund, I have no problem with how that was dealt. As a company you need to listen to the many customers who tell you how unreliable or worse UPS is. Why are you prepared to lose customers and income rather than change your courier? No more purchases from me and I have told all my friends not to order online too.”
“I purchased dr martins vegan boots online 19/ september 2020, haven’t worn them, I took them back to the store in York, they wouldn’t refund my money, as stated by the assistant the codes were different, so I have boots costing £149 that I can’t wear.”
“Schuh sent the wrong shoes (ordered women's, received men's). But Schuh doesn't offer free returns so had to pay out of my own pocket to return these. I should not be covering costs for their own mess up.”

I can't believe how awful it was to get my refund back after they actually got the shoes back straightaway from me in the same condition they sent them but they still took a month and they used klarna to finance company to give me back my money when I did not use klarna when I purchased just used my bank card details, they caused me soo much stress that I regretted soooooo bad the purchase, genuinely AVOID”
