“Fast delivery The five ten are not that great. They are a very narrow fit. And not that comfortable for such an expensive brand. I don't think they were value for money. Even though they were the cheapest I had seen them on scotby.”

“Very pleased with the price and prompt delivery. Unfortunately my item (a road helmet) was the right size but the wrong colour. The return process is good and very easy but could have been avoided if the picker had checked properly before dispatching the order. I am now waiting for the correct colour to arrive”

“I was very impressed by the Scotby Customer Service experience. The only thing that prevent 5 stars is that with my initial order I was informed to expect my parcel from 6th-9th Jan. As the 6th was a Friday I arranged to work from home, however the package came on Thursday 5th, a day early. Fortunately someone was in to receive it and what arrived was in excellent condition. I'll be using Scotby again I've no doubt.”

“Delivery was a bit rubbish. First notified that ir would be delivered between 7:00 - 9:00am. Then, mid-afternoon, I got an email stating that they were having problems but that it would be delivered that day. At 4pm, I got a call from the driver, saying that he hoped to deliver it at 5pm. He finally rocked up at 5:30pm. Bike was well-packaged and as described.”

“Bought this because it matched the color of my cube SL Limited MBT. Found the decals scored very easily after only a few rides (Probably unavoidable with the amount of grit splashed up off out roads and getting between the bottle and cage). Overall still looks well and is functional. Great delivery communications and customer care. Will buy from Scotby cycles again. Tom Connolly”

“Ordered a Road Bike from Specialized. Very competitive price based on model changeover. Very good value delivery charge for next day. Bike arrived in good order. It even came with pedals which I was sure it wouldn't! My only gripe was the bell included doesn't really fit a road bike handlebar but that is relatively trivial. I can highly recommend based on my experience.”
