“Easy, simple web page. Staff sent a friendly email to ask preferences for an out of stock (rare) item, confirm choice, and delivered promptly when the item became available All i could ask for.”

“I ordered shirts for the family as Christmas gifts. Everyone loved them. The shirts are made well and the colors are rich. The sizes indicated on the site are true to size. Will order again. Also wanted to note, I was impressed with the items packing arrangement during the shipment. Each shirt was sealed in their own package.”

“I had not heard the status of my order so I sent an email. I received an answer within the hour detailing the current back order status and possible delivery date. I am happy to say that may order was received 2 months sooner than expected! The scarf is beautiful and I will happily do business with Scotland again.”

“I needed to order an item for Christmas and was concerned about ordering on line and overseas....I contacted Scotscan via email to ask about shipping, not really expecting an answer...the next day, I received a delightful message telling me exactly what I hoped to hear, we corresponded several times and I was able to order my item and did receive it in time!! “I ordered a scarf for my father for Christmas, and I got it yesterday. The colours are so rich and vibrant. The fabric, is very, very soft. It it perfect to wear on a chilly day and will got great with many outfits. I am very happy with the product.”

“My order was placed quickly and I did not pay attention to the shipping notices. I emailed c/s asking when it would arrive and was informed these are all handmade items and therefore it could be weeks before my order shipped. However, with-in days the order showed up and we had time to send it off with other packages without an I.O.U. attached. We have ordered from ScotClans before with good results.”
