“I love this site and I love being able to actually email them.....and they respond! The products are beautiful.....am in the process of having one of the maps framed. It's also nice to have a choice of either ancient or modern tartan colors, etc. All around great site for everything Scottish!”

“ScotClans were very pleasant to talk to as I telephoned my order for a Brown modern sash. The lady to whom I spoke explained that nothing could be done before 6 January when the formal Christmas break finished. I was told it could be up to 10 days to deliver but, in fact, it arrived earlier with the pretty brooch I had also ordered. I really enjoyed wearing it at my Burns' Night function. It is good quality, attractive and appropriate. I shall recommend your firm should anyone be seeking similar tartan items. Mrs M Jefferies”

“I am very pleased with Scotclans customer service. I was delighted to find a gift for a friend that is well made and authentic but I was not confident it would be a smooth transaction because I live in US. I emailed customer service with a concern regarding my order and the response was immediate and followed up with a phone call from to reassure me I had ordered the scarf I wanted. She called on a tense day at work and her courteous and soothing voice was beyond customer service, it was practically a pat on the hand from my grandmother. I will be a returning customer.”
