“Ordered a kilt outfit for St. Patrick's Day this year, paid for express shipping and rush order. Received the order and they shipped the wrong tartan. Wanted to replace the order with the tartan I ordered, but it would not be here in time for St. Patrick's Day. I asked for a full refund once they told me it would not be here in time, which seemed to blow their mind and then they offered a partial refund. I gave them until the end of the week to issue the refund, which they did not, so I filed a dispute with my bank.”

“Overall, I'm very satisfied with my order! The kilt, sash, hose, and flashes were all in excellent condition. I only have two minor complaints: Even when I gave a waist measurement very slightly smaller than my natural waist circumference, I still had to tighten the kilt straps a fair bit to keep it up. I also hoped that there would be instructions about how best to tie the sash and where to place the flashes on the hose, but that was quickly resolved with a Google search. I was chuffed to find that Scottish Kilt had the MacLeod of Harris tartan after it being out of stock indefinitely at the last site I checked. Now I need to find some Scottish black tie events to get more use out of the kilt than for a Renaissance fair.”

“The product review is 5 stars. Good quality for the price and fit perfectly. Customer service is a 1. The chat is available but the answers are so vague and informal that I started to believe I was being scammed. It felt more like a teenage chat than serious response to my questions. Overall happy with my kilts”
