“While the quality of your product was good, the customer service was disgraceful. I paid for Express shipping guarentee d for a week delivery which turned into 3 fuel to overseas shipping. No where did it say it was coming from overseas. Then I never was able to print a legitimate invoice. When I worked with your zen desk on this matter, they were rude and dismissive. I will never order from your company again. You need to internally check and improve your customer service!!!”

“I had a very good experience with Scottish Kilt. The Standard kilt was very good quality, and below average price. The colors were bold, and pleats well done. The leather belts were of good quality, as were the buckles. There was a hitch in the mailing, due to a post office error. Scottish Kilts contacted me promptly and re-mailed my package. Very good customer service.”

“Bought six kilts so far over the last years, always happy with the result. Would wish they would have higher quality (expensive wool) fabric but the product they have is already very good.”

“I had a very bad experience with this company. Was told on the initial order how to make it a Rush Order and was charged additional money. Only to find out it was not rushed. My kilt arrived a week after my event. I definitely did not get my money’s worth. The white shirt I ordered with it, is slightly lavender. The kilt itself was made nicely but I would under NO circumstances order with this company again. Their customer service is deplorable.”

“Perhaps I botched the measurements even though my wife and I did them twice, but everything (other than the kilt itself) was way too small. Also it would be helpful to have instructions about how to wear.”
