“Highly recommend. Upon placing the order, I received a call from the manufacturing facility to double check the measurements I had submitted, prior to commencing work. Received the kilt with all accessories, as promised, in 2-3 weeks. The kilt is of a good quality and fits well. Five star operation. An expat Scot in South Carolina.”

“QUALITY IS GREAT, I PAID FOR THE 3 DAY SHIPPING SO I CAN GET MY PRODUCT BEFORE AN EVENT, IT CAME ON TIME. WILL BUY AGAIN. THE SIZING WAS PERFECT, THANK YOU SAM FOR CALLING AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER TO CONFIRM SIZING. I WILL BUY AGAIN.”

“While the quality of your product was good, the customer service was disgraceful. I paid for Express shipping guarentee d for a week delivery which turned into 3 fuel to overseas shipping. No where did it say it was coming from overseas. Then I never was able to print a legitimate invoice. When I worked with your zen desk on this matter, they were rude and dismissive. I will never order from your company again. You need to internally check and improve your customer service!!!”

“I had a very good experience with Scottish Kilt. The Standard kilt was very good quality, and below average price. The colors were bold, and pleats well done. The leather belts were of good quality, as were the buckles. There was a hitch in the mailing, due to a post office error. Scottish Kilts contacted me promptly and re-mailed my package. Very good customer service.”

“I had a very bad experience with this company. Was told on the initial order how to make it a Rush Order and was charged additional money. Only to find out it was not rushed. My kilt arrived a week after my event. I definitely did not get my money’s worth. The white shirt I ordered with it, is slightly lavender. The kilt itself was made nicely but I would under NO circumstances order with this company again. Their customer service is deplorable.”
