“Before I even received my kilt, I knew I'd leave a positive review. I was contacted by the support staff that the tartan I had picked was not in stock, and if I'd like to change my pick, I'd even get a matching sporran or similar product free of charge. It took a bit to assure them that I didn't mind waiting a few more weeks, but it felt good to know how seriously this store takes customer satisfaction. Fast-forward about a month, and I come home to find a package waiting for me. Now, these kilts are made from an acrylic material, but the cloth felt SO nice! Warm to the touch, soft, nice and heavy. The waist was thicker than expected, but this is now my favourite kilt and I hate every moment at work when I have to wear trousers. Long story short, happy with both product and customer service.”

“First off, I plan on ordering again. Selection of tartans is phenomenal. Sure, these aren't wool- but at the price point, wear them out drinking, athletics, whatever. The one issue I have, I wish they'd put basting stitches in for shipping. Without that, I spent a good deal of time ironing the pleats backing shape. Minor complaint.”

“The craftsmanship is beautiful with all the pleating. I hadn't realized it was a velcro fastening at the waist. It made it a little bulky, staggered buttons may work better. The fabric is gorgeous and the fit was perfect. I was so proud to wear it to our area's formal dinner of the clans in Central Florida. The delivery was nervous and I should've ordered it sooner but paying for expedited service was perfect. I met other women who went through different companies and their kilts were ordered months earlier and still hadn't arrived. I will look to buy from you again. The tracking thru the USPS was awful and inaccurate. I would offer DHL for a fee.”

“We ordered from Scottish Kilt a few months ago, Sorry for the delay in doing a review. My husband Loved his kilt, we ordered it for a golfing event where the men were to wear kilts. The kilt was custom-made and fit him nicely. It arrived in a timely matter and the Scottish Kilt company was awesome to work with. I will be doing future business with this company which made it a pleasure ordering from them, they answered any questions I had. Thank You for making my husband's first kilt experience a joy.”

“The kilt is OK. But I live in Canada and the package was shipped to the USA for further delivery. UPS demanded $20 for brokerage fee so I will never order from you again. UPS and Federal Express charge brokerage fees to everything sent to Canada. Everyone knows this and we all try to avoid buying from any company that uses them. Royal Mail will send it with no brokerage!! Do your homework!!”
