“Booked flight from Prague to Split through MyTrip.com with Czech Airlines. Had to cancel more than 90 days before and My Trip refuse any refund stating its Airlines policy. Yet Czech Airlines say they can refund but only if booked direct. Do NOT use My Trip as they are a scam company. They take your money but do not pass on to airline so when you cancel they keep it. So many bad reviews about them wish I had read them first.”

“My flight was canceled. No text alert or advance warning from the app so I found out at the airport. The ‘help’ center could not get me on the same flights the next day as they were fully booked. They will not book anything more than 24 hours out so the following day was not an option.They do not offer alternative flights to get you home.
I was basically given a refund for the flights I could not take and hung out to dry 8000 miles from home.
Flying multiple airlines and self transferring vastly increases the chances of missing a flight. Combine that with the above and this is a horrible way to travel. I would give them negative stars if I could.”

I am in a situation here where I booked the flight via Egypt air last week on behalf of my 85 year mom for my sister to come and see her with family from Dubai. However, after booking the tickets her condition deteriorated and my sister is flying very soon. I can provide the doctor 's note too. Since last week I have been trying to get the money refunded but neither Egypt Air nor MyTrip.com is of any help. I understand there are certain policies that the companies need to follow but special situations require special solutions. Can any of the addresses in the email help me. Sky scanner agent gave me the number to Athens Greece, from where apparently the ticket was issued. I am in Canada and with time difference it is very difficult.
Toronto office Of Egypt air, after hours of hold replied they cannot help me as the ticket was issued from Greece.
The total purchase was for 5300 Canadian dollars but a cut of 1000 dollars from an elderly woman s money is too much. Please help me on humanitarian grounds

Don't but your tickets through them. They gave me a boarding pass with no barcode, they told me on chat, "to speak to somebody at the airport' They also didn't pass on my passport details to the airline, causing me nearly to not be allowed on my flight.

Oh by the way they give you 3 days trial ( of what i don't know ) before your committed. They don't adhere to UK and EU law whereby for on line agreements you have 14 days opt out”
