“If you are reading this, make sure you DO NOT BOOK with MyScam! If you do, you will lose all your chances of getting support or any possible refunds from the airlines in case something like flight delay or cancellation happens. They will do NOTHING, no support, no advice, and they always refer you to the airline even for smallest queries. Even if you are entitled to a refund from the airline, they will cut the hefty amount of 40 Euro per person from it, and you will never know if you actually received a refund from the airline!!! I have got a refund of around 40 Euro from an airline and I was waiting to receive it in my bank account. After 2 months, no money was deposited to my account and when I contacted the airline, I realized they have transferred the amount to this MyTrip scammers, and they have taken the money without even informing me!!! When I asked for the reason, one of their fake agents said "refund handling" costs 40 Euros and it is more than the amount we received from the airline, so you are entitled to nothing!!! I said what the F*** is "refund handling" and he said you have accepted it while booking with us!!! In fact, I have gone through the refund request to feed them!!!
So hear my advice: DO NOT book with them.
And don't get trapped in their "Air Help" stuff. AirHelp does NO S*IT. It is another addon to their scamming services. Airlines do not give a darn about these things and you end up paying an extra amount to these go-between scammers.

At first when you are purchasing the ticket on the website it gives you many options to add on your ticket which is already included and it is scam in fact. My return flight got canceled twice and for each time I had to call them several times stay on long waits to successfully rebook my flight. Long story short if you have to deal with the support you will have hard time and regret going on vacation even. I would not recommend them at all.”
“This company is definitely a scam company. I recently bought a flight ticket from Canada to Peru. We went through a lot of stress and struggle. This was how they played their scam. Initially, they sent me the trip itinerary and tickets after booking. Two weeks before the trip they started to notify me one of the flights got cancelled so they asked me to choose an alternative flight. I went ahead and chose the alternative flight but after that, they never sent me the confirmed tickets for the new tickets. I kept calling their customer support which is located in India never solved the issue. The worst part every time you called them they asked you to explain the issue and promised that it would be solved in a couple of hours. But they never did. After 15 attempts of calls over the period of 10 days (not exaggerating) finally they sent me the confirmed ticket just a day before my trip. Imagine how stressful would be. I am sure they sent me because I informed them I would sue their company. Plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz stay away from this fraudulent company. Never book any flight through their booking website. Beware.....”

Despite providing extensive evidence, including email exchanges with LOT Airlines, it became evident that My Tripe failed to adhere to proper protocols, resulting in the oversight of my reimbursement request. This negligence not only inconvenienced me but also led to unnecessary expenses incurred at the airport.
What struck me most was the company's apparent indifference towards customer satisfaction and its refusal to acknowledge its mistakes. Throughout this ordeal, I encountered prolonged delays and encountered disappointingly low levels of support.
In contrast, my interactions with LOT Airlines were characterized by swift and effective resolutions to similar issues, emphasizing the stark disparity in customer service standards between the two entities.

“Mytrip.com is a big scam. I was admitted for food poisoning and so I called to change my travel date. They charged me an additional $495 and I paid, making my total ticket fare $1350 for a one way flight from Monrovia to London. When I got at the airport, the airline didn’t have any confirmed ticket for me and when I called mytrip.com they lied to me and gave me a fake ticket number. I had to buy a new ticket after all the back and forth with them. They all tell you sorry but actually do nothing and these people took my money and didn’t care that I needed to get back home for medical treatment. They were very inconsistent with information and just kept transferring me to different departments. They’re scammers and please do not use them. They’re not in Europe first of all and secondly, they are very unprofessional to their customers. They try not to refund my money even though they didn’t secure space for me on any of the flights. Please avoid them at all cost. They’re liars!!!”

“I booked flights for 2 with 1 suitcase of hold luggage. Quite complicated to do this on the ryanair website, so I used mytrip.com
They failed to pay ryanair for the bag on the return leg despite payment showing on the confirmation, so I had to pay again at the desk, causing delay, inconvenience and embarrassment.
After getting home, I tried to call their customer services number, nobody answers.
I sent email. They took 12 days to reply, saying to find the official form in their Ts and Cs. It's not there.
I sent another email. Eventually they emailed back to say email their parent company eTraveli. I did this and got an automated reply to say my email was unauthorised.
It is clear this company is not only incompetent, but is unwilling to entertain customer complaints. DO NOT USE!!!
