If you want to pay €70 every 3 months then this is for you. Regardless whether you just order a fast track pass for an airport their conditions are you subscribe to the sum above. Oh by the way they give you 3 days trial ( of what i don't know ) before your committed. They don't adhere to UK and EU law whereby for on line agreements you have 14 days opt out

If I can give zero star I would. I booked international flights with Mytrip. The airline cancelled my flight. Since there was no other alternative routes provided, they had to cancel my flights. A partial payment was refunded three weeks I called their customer service, however not the seat reservation fee. I then followed up every five or six days to check if the seat reservation fee was in process. Each time I was told it's being escalated to the airline and I needed to wait. It has been 8 weeks and I still have not received my refund. This is impossible. Booking in May to fly in summer is a lot more expensive than booking in February. Now I am at loss of paying more for my trip, and loss of my original payment. Why does it have to be so difficult? Why business can not be run ethically? I would not use Mytrip again. Thought I would save money from booking directly with Air Canada. Simply frustrated and disappointed. 😣

Keep away from Mytrip! Try any other provider, but not them. The worst customer service and service in general!

This ‘company’ is a scam stay away!! I paid for fast track that didn’t work for me, then they proceeded to charge 79€ causing fragulent activity on my bank account. Their customer service is a disgrace. So rude. Have reported to authorities for fraud!

Awful company. Stay away! They do not allow check in neither in their site nor on Wizzair. I had topay extra 50 euro at the desk. This company is a scam.

turned up a day early to the airport because this tinpot outfit did not inform of flight change. Was cheaper to book another flight as had pre booked trips,hotel ,etc. spoke to them about a refund but no joy, just kept putting you on hold and fobbing us off. AVOID THESE HEARTLESS MONEY GRABBING THIEVES AT ALL COSTS Take your money then brush you aside without a second glance

This is really a scam! I just paid for my trip from bangkok to Los Angeles return and until now I still don’t have a confirmation. Books since Saturday it been 3 days now still noting. PLEASE DO NOT book this Mytrip.com

Tried to book three separate flights with Mytrip as they were consistently the cheaper option. However, on all three, after I had completed the process, a window opened that announced that the price had just gone up by about 25%. So I had to scrap my work and find another ticket. After the third time, I realize that this is their scam. I will never use them and it appears by the reviews that I am def not the only one who thinks this way.

My trip hold the refund money and ask me wait for ever. Still haven’t received.😠😠😠 My flight been canceled by airline due to bad weather condition . The Mytrip agree to refund my payment in 6 business days. But the refund never received. I have to call every week. Waste my time. Every time they ask me to wait for 3 days. Very bad experience . I wish I never use this company.

Last year, I booked a series of flights with MyTrip.com. The day before I was due to fly, I discovered that the flights for the first leg of the journey did not exist. I contacted MyTrip on June 30th via their customer service phone number. I was transferred through six different customer service representatives and they eventually offered a full refund for all the flights in the booking which I accepted. They said they would be in touch about the refund once they had investigated the case further. They have never contacted me. I have contacted them several times through their Customer Support messenger and have been told that they are waiting to get a "refund back from the airline". We cancelled the other flights on the journey on the basis that we were offered a full refund for the entire booking. But we have received nothing back. Do not book with this company.

Please avoid Mytrip and Porter Airline if you want to have peace of mind and enjoy your trip. The lower fare is tempting but it will be costly to your mental heaith and well being.

Horrible company, I believe that they are committing fraud. Their customer service is poor, a supervisor told me that they would call and they never did. They claimed that they reached out to an airline company, and I followed up with the airline company, and they never received outreach from them. They are carrying out illegal activities by claiming that they are doing things when they are not. I would avoid at all costs - this business is a complete scam.

I am giving -5 stars review if it allows me to, just back from Africa trip with paying extra $830 penalty for party of 2 due to my trip.com ticket issuing mistake, airline support staff and us were spending 2 hours on international phone call with my trip.com to resolve the urgent issue on obtaining boarding pass. It was the worst nightmare life time experience for us. We are very disappointed and dissatisfied with my trip.com DON’T EVER USE THIS COMPANY AND STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO ENJOY YOUR VACATION!!!!

Do not use My Trip. Com at any costs. I was recently in Portugal and on hearing reports of long waiting times at the security, I decided to book a fast track. I booked fast track for €10 which I thought was reasonable. It wasn’t until I got home & my trip.com took £67.75 from my account & when I contacted them they said I had subscribed to them . After I explained to them i only booked Fast Track & nothing else , they literally stated that I was at fault & I would not receive back my £67.75 for a service I had not needed or received. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY,

I have cancelled my booking in less than 30min after I had realized I have make a mistake on the dates. This was even before I actually had an eTicket. MyTrip.com never state a cancellation fee anywhere I can easily read till I reached out to their agent. $45 cancelling fee is not cheap. I advice everyone looks elsewhere for better services.

This company is a complete scam! I booked two tickets from Hong Kong to Barcelona in business class and nowhere the website has stated that the return ticket is a promotional fare ( usually for last minute gate upgrade)! I paid the full fare without knowing that I don’t get lounge access and other business class services. And when tried to contact the hotline of my trip, they just shoved me off saying I should directly contact the airline. Complete rip off and fraud and will never use it again!

I've been using this site to purchase my flight tickets for the past year. Initially, everything seemed fine, but unfortunately, my experience took a nosedive during my second trip. I bought a return ticket to Addis Ababa, and while returning to Dublin, I received an email notifying me of the cancellation of my flight. The email suggested I request a refund, which I promptly did. However, it's been three months, and I'm still waiting for the refund, not to mention the additional expenses incurred for purchasing another ticket. This whole ordeal has left me feeling scammed and extremely disappointed.
