We bought a fridge in 2020 it only lasted a little over 1 year before it stopped working then because of the pandemic they said they couldn't get parts so from March of 2021 until September of 2021 we did not have a refrigerator at all they finally replaced that refrigerator with a new one now the new one is having the same problems as the other one getting a technician from Sears to come fix it is ridiculous we had to call another company to come fix the refrigerator just to be informed it was a showroom refrigerator not a new one and the part that needs to be fixed isn't even around I will never buy another thing from Sears again they used to be a good company

Sears Home Warranty has the worst service, even their repair techs complain about how poorly they are treated. There is no communication or customer service as everything is automated in a system where you are not able to make a complaint. They are so bad at doing business its pathetic, and frustrating as a customer who pays a monthly fee and every time I need any kind of repair it is harder and harder to get any kind of satisfactory job done. I can not stress the disfunction enough of this company in coordinating repairs. Sears uses Cinch to coordinate and one does not let the other know what they are doing it is frustrating.

Bad bad customer service - they delight in playing the “we’ll be there tomorrow between eight and five” game - the don’t show - then reschedule - then don’t show - then reschedule- then don’t show - their technicians have many medical emergencies that prohibit them from showing up - but they can’t be bothered to send a text or call to let anyone know - they set up a phone system that takes you in circles - (that way they can dodge accountability) STAY AWAY from this company - read the reviews - they are shifty and scammy

Absolutely do not buy anything from sears. There is zero customer service. If there is anything wrong with the order they ship you, you are screwed. Pass, pass, pass. Not worth it. This company needs to finally be gone forever.

Order #912764381 for security cam placed in Aug 2023 was late so I checked the tracking number- it didn't work, I called the three telephone numbers and none actually worked for the purchase, the link in the order for help didn't work, I emailed several times and never got a reply. I reported the problem to the credit card company and Sears sent me an email today saying that I returned the order ( yes, the order that I never got). Nothing about this transaction seems honest- nothing. Be sure to contact your credit card company at the hint of fraud with details.

I would give a NO STAR. BUYER BEWARE!!! They are slowing going out of business. No customer service. They send you in circles. We have yet to get a refund or an exchange. It's been several months living out of coolers.

While the part# ordered was correct, the replacement did not work. I’m told the seller was a 3rd party vendor called CAIBOCA”. Sears Online instructions for a return to this vendor do not exist. I tried Sears chat room, And they said I would receive return instructions within 48 hours which didn’t happen. WHEN INtried the chat room again, they wanted my credit card # for a $5.00 service charge for additional assistance. BEWARE THIS IS NOT THE SEARS WE ALL KNEW AND TRUSTED. ITS COSTING ME $80 to learn the hard way. Someone should start a class action law suit with punitive damages.

Please do not use Sears.com to buy. They delivered my fridge without installing it. Sold me washer and dryer without parts to hook up and they tell you to buy them elsewhere. I move to a new home with no fridge, washer or dryer, and we have been like this more than 3 days. They transferred me many times, promised a supervisor, manager was going to call back and I am here buying to have some fresh food at home. They force their call center employees to lie about call backs. Please save yourself the trouble and buy elsewhere, the guy who deliver my item was from Costco, so Sears doesn’t even have a delivery team of their own. This is a horrible experience, I take care or my dad. I don’t have more bed sheets. The hardship, extra money this is costing me should not happens when you PAY for your items.

I'd give a Zero Star if possible so DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them. The worst company in the world for after purchase service. I've had my clothes washer for 20 months. The repair tech just finished his 13th call to the house after it was basically rebuilt twice. He needed to recommend "replacement" but, of course, they get paid for doing repairs so he's ordering parts again. You call Corporate, you can only get their call center. It took me 3 hours on the phone to get a Manager when I called three days ago. She assured me that a different tech would come. Nope, she lied. She assured me that someone in their escalation department would call me two days ago. Nope, she lied. It's been the same conversation every time and it's impossible to get someone who can actually fix the situation. $3,600 spent on the set and no one at Sears cares.

I ordered a craftsman product, for a Christmas present. For some reason the product was delivered back to the shipper, with no explanation, or information on shipping a replacement product. Now I’m without a gift and out the cost of shipping, and the cost of the product.I’ve always been a loyal craftsman customer, but never again.Thoroughly disappointing about what use to be an American Icon.

I had a service repair appointment in Palacios and the service repair man named Joseph Frazier was one of the rudest people I’ve met. He did not communicate anything with me and had a part shipped to my address without telling me. Since this is a vacation house I don’t get shipments here which caused me problems. I don’t think he properly diagnosed the problem and instead put in a new circuit board. I was charged $252 labor for a 10 minute job!

STOP BUYING Kenmore and Sears Product and Services Decades ago, I used to be Sears Avid customer. However, through the years, the company went to awfulness - as did Service Merchandise (If you are old enough to remember). Two very BADLY failing companies (Sears and K-Mart) realized that since they cannot compete with MUCH better companies, they joined forces, but the executive team was NOTHING but bad, greedy and incompetent people of many years. This under skilled top executive led the joint company to further failure. Like Robert (Bob) Louis Nardelli (another failure in the MEGA business world), who took Home Depot backward for 7-8 years. As soon as Nardelli was let go (of course with an outcried servant package for taking the company downward), Home Depot became alive/vibrant again. Nardelli's longest running job as an executive was Home Depot, he took other companies down too. He would be a great leader for sears, capable of closing Sears doors for good, so that no more consumers would suffer. And on the COMPLTELY OPPOSITE SIDE is Jamie Dimon of JP Morgan Chase. Sears executive team effected it lower management and staff. Its engineers became clueless and then its technicians do not even have common senses as doorknobs. And YES, I am a system design engineer as well as electronics engineer – so I back my statements with facts. Unfortunately for consumers (You and I), Sears has a monopoly on its products and services through its dreadful technicians. To add to this terribleness, in recent decade (as it noticed that its products are getting worst), it contracted-out its product manufacturing to another company that makes below standard product for Sears - to make certain that Sears cannot be a better competitor (LG). Yet, the continued Monopoly had direct negative effect on consumers, as its horrible products and parts need to be continually worked on during the warranty period, which is getting shorter and shorter; but also such repairs become expensive after its short warranty period expires. Warranty used to be 7 years (I am very old and remember), reduced to five and now some of its products have even one year. Its fridge for example. Now the bad mix of ALL OF THESE is that, when consumers buy Sears products, they buy a TIME BOMB attached to the products. Immediately right after warranty expiration, consumers face paying nearly 1/3 of the cost of the appliance for the cost of the first repair, then, the incompetent technicians (in its monopolized system of business) cannot fix the problem but puts bandit, and shortly later, another or the same problem arises and again hefty 2nd , 3rd, …repair bills (YOU WILL FACE). Now after 3 of these types of repair bills in a couple of years or less, you have already paid for the same appliance twice. MAIN POINTS: As I said, I am an electronics engineer, who saw LG and Kenmore FAULTY circuit board close. I am also a landlord that provides appliances in my rental properties. My homes are filled with Whirlpool products; however, when I bought my main home, unfortunately, it had some below standard Kenmore products in it. I realized that ANY TIME I face Kenmore (a Sears monopoly) product, it does not last more than its warranty period. But Whirlpool, Amana and Maytag last me for more than 12-15 years and some still continue without any problems. Heck, in my Summer HOT (garage), I have a side-by-side, 27+Cu Ft, Amana fridge that is built in 1999 (23 years ago) (NEVER REPAIRED). In one of my rentals, I have a 3 door Maytag fridge that was built in 2001. So, why would you want to REPEATELY waste money, time, stress yourselves to death, lose money as you throw away food from Fridges, have smelly clothes in the washer (because it broke mid cycle), and you become handicapped - while waiting for Sears or LG INCOMPETENT technician to arrive 2-4 weeks later, while your laundry room and house smells like sewer is running through your home – WHY OWN any WORTHLESS Sears product. They are NOT even cheap to begin with – anyway - to entice a consumer (YOU). The name KENMORE is ACTUALLY DEAD. I have an LG washer that most times, it smells like I burn rubber – when I use a big load cycle. This is LG WARRANTY replacement washer - upgraded. My wife chose a Kenmore glass cook top. Immediately after its warranty period, glass broker and there are no parts available (product LINE discontinued). So, I bought Frigidaire. I have many more Sears relates horrors to share with you. I am also very careful NOT to buy GE products either. I have a Hot Point fridge also. Hotpoint is good product, but unfortunately GE bought the company in 2017. Every day, I hope and pray that I do not get a call regarding this fridge. CONCLUSION REDUCE THE THINGS THAT STRESSES YOUR LIFE. I have too much on my plate wanting to deal with the uneducated upper management of Sears anymore (they are the first that have received this writing). Sears team have exhausted me. At my earliest opportunity, I will sue Sears (WHAT IS LEFT OF IT). You are welcome to join me in the lawsuit, if you have a case and frustrated. I will place their products on the roadside, and you are also welcome to have the headache for the years to come - If you are interested. Here is my email address: MikeSamadi9@gmail.com.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Called for a warranty service on our refrigerator. Scheduled a service to get compressor replaced. Had to schedule it 4 days out for an 8-5 window. At 1pm on our day they texted and rescheduled it for the next day between 8-5, then on that day got a text that they rescheduled it 2 days out between 8-5. Called them again and they scheduled and emergency repair within the hour, they didn't show. Called them back and was transferred to a person that was not with their warranty department and told i would have to pay for repairs. Then wanted to schedule for another day. Mind you family of 4 living out of coolers and food going bad, having to buy ice daily at $20 a day. On top of that they told us that it would not be covered under the 10 year extended warranty that was purchased with the unit. So, I will never ever buy ANYTHING FROM SEARS EVER AGAIN!

I had a morning appointment, no one called until 1:20pm to say they would be arriving in 30 minutes. So a few minutes after 2pm the gentleman finally arrived. He did a wonderful job but,,,,my appointment was in the morning. I would've appreciated a call in the early am to advise me that they would be late.

Three Kenmore appliances went out in my household. Took 7 months to finally receive a refund of $750. For my washer. No refund on dryer. Refrigerator is 2 years old. Went out on August 27,2022. Here it is November 10,2022 still not repaired. Sears had a technician come out October 18th. The technician diagnosed the issue. Ordered the parts. Was told by his boss that it was not acceptable. And was to come out again yesterday November 9 and re-diagnose it. He is scheduled to return November 28. I will not ever use Sears or Sears products again.

Don’t purchase anything online from Sears. I have them tried to deliver a fridge 4 times !!! Everything I need to refuse delivery due to them sending damage goods. They refuse to refund my money. I have spoken to Yvette M. Ackerson. Whom is supposed to help me out all she does is snap back at me like if I’m the problem for trying to get what I paid for. She is rude and has poor customer service. I have emails to prove how she treats me and the situation. I’m advising the consumers to not buy from Sears. You will be living a nightmare like I am. Four deliveries and I still don’t have a fridge. FYI , the delivery issue hasn’t been addressed. She replies very rudely the time has come and my problem hasn’t been addressed . I don’t even get responses from her anymore.

Customer service is the worst possible experience. They are in the Phillipines and Center America, which isn't an issue alone. What IS an issue is the robotic way they repeat a script over and over. Never listening to what the issue is. Never breaking script to be the least bit human. Just an infuriating repeat of "I'm sorry Ma'am for the inconvenience...blah blah blah" , in a heavy accent barely understandable.

Don’t buy from Sears . I purchased a refrigerator in January of 2022 . During the month of June I noticed my food was bad and by July the fridge stopped working. I contacted Sears for a repair appointment and the only available Saturday was in August. The technician ordered the parts. After 30 or more days the parts never arrived now , finally after numbers phone calls they put in for a replacement fridge. It has been 4 months that the fridge doesn’t work and Sears hasn’t resolved my problem. There was 2 attempts to deliver and all they did was delivery damaged goods that were sent back. We are mid October and I still haven’t gotten my fridge replaced and they don’t want to give me my money back. Don’t let this happen to you. It’s a nightmare. They have horrible customer service
