I had an appointment I planned 3 weeks in advance but the guy never showed up.. I wasted my day waiting for him (from 12-5). Also he wouldn’t answer his phone.. bad service

I got my Sears credit card in 1977. For years we bought all of our major appliances from them. I appreciated that their salespeople were always knowledgeable and professional. Then in 2017 I received a call to trade my Sears card for a Bank Ameri Card with a yearly fee. I declined...not knowing it wasn't a choice. My credit rating was 821...but when they canceled my card after 40 years my credit took a big hit. It was my oldest card. They could have had a customer for life. Now I shop with Amazon and Walmart...it's a pleasure shopping there.

I have been dealing with broken products from Sears for way too long! I purchased a washer in Oct! A new washer went out in 2 weeks. I’ve had 3 techs to come out and order parts and still not working! The last one put in a request for replacement and it’s been a month later and I still have nothing! I have contacted a consumer lawyer because this is outrage and they have the nerve to have an attitude when speaking to reps! They have lied like it’s been replaced and everything. The last one I talked to today stated she don’t see that it has been approved and she don’t know who told me it has! I’m done dealing with these lying people.

Sears is absolutely the worst place you could ever get any appliance from!! We have a washer and dryer thru them with a warranty which we just extended. It has now been well over a month where we have been jerked around on parts because originally we were told the parts were discontinued and our washer would be replaced. Magically they found parts but couldn't give us an eta on delivery. After a month we got the final part in and it was the wrong part. Our washer is now flooding our laundry room and there is no end in site. I hate Sears and whoever is in charge should really be fired. We are a family of 6 and can't go a day without doing a load of laundry. This is ridiculous!!!

I haven't even gotten my product yet and I'm dis-satisfied. It was almost 3 weeks before a $4000 plus refrigerator is supposed to be delivered, 1 day before it's supposed to come.. they call and say there's a problem with delivery, it will be another week and a half!!! WTF, thanks. I'll DEFINITELY go to Lowes next time

What happened was that we have the Sears full protection on our appliances and you guys do not honor that at all you have terrible customer service not reliable anymore in fact if if not the worst this is not Sears you guys are sold to somebody else and you’re just using a Sears name shame on you nothing but bad service.

If I could give no stars I would. We have a Kenmore refrigerator that is 4.5 years old and has had the compressor replaced and now has a leak in the line in the body. Sears says it's not repairable. Our manufacturers warranty says 5 year warranty on cooling system but they are not replacing our fridge and can't repair it. Instead they have offered a $500 voucher. I just would think that they would stand behind their product. This is why there have been class action lawsuits. Do your research and stear clear of sears and their kenmore products.

Sears suck! I wish I would have read some if these reviews before my purchase. I made a purchase March 6, I never received a follow up email or confirmation. Thank God I took a screen shot of the transaction number. Anyway I emailed customer services got a order number and a delivery confirmation date. Which was supposed to be March 26. NOTHING! STILL! I checked my order status and it says preparing to be shipped. I call customer service and they say they can't help because it was a in store purchase when it wasn't. Anyway they sent me a link to chat with someone about canceling my order and every time I click the link it says.... Hummm we're sorry this page seems to be down or temporarily removed 😕 wtf. At this point I just want my freaking money back

Needed my Kenmore washer repaired. Paid for parts and services up front. After a few months all of the parts finally showed up. Don't try to call customer service because there is none. I am still waiting for a Sears Technician to show up. Again don't call customer service, there is none. I am out over $500. Sears is nothing but Thieves and Liars. I am having to file in small claims court to get my money back.

Sears is screwed up business place I ever deal with I order the refrigerator in January never got it now I’m fighting to get my money back Laos all my food in my fridgerator because they said they was gonna bring You can’t never get a straight answer you had to call them every day they screwed up I will never buy nothing else from Sears zero and that’s too much. Bought at $2000 Speed Queen washer/dryer. Came four days before they said it would -- with two hours notice on the delivery. Dryer was installed using the wrong kind of vent and wouldn't heat up. After about a dozen calls to Sears Marketplace, the appliance vendor, the logistics/installation company, they said they'd send someone to fix it. Guy shows up with no notice while I'm at work. Start all over again. Guys show up outside the four-hour window -- but I hightail it home from work to let them in. They don't have the correct vent either, even though I'd explicitly and repeatedly explained what had been done wrong. NEVER, NEVER again!

If you buy from sears and return good luck getting refund purchased washer and dryer And THEIR delivery people could not install washer so it was returned on the same day so now sears has me jumping through hoops just to get refund for washer and that was over a month and still fighting to get MY money back will never purchase from again

DO NOT PURCHASE INSTALLATION FROM SEARS. I seriously feel like I got scammed.. we ordered a gas stove. As soon as the "tech" shows up they ask me, are you sure you have gas? Because we live on a lake they assumed we must have propane.. which we don't.. kept arguing with me. It was clear they just didn't want to do the installation. So now we have to have our plumber come out and install it.. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. No wonder you are going downhill.. SEARS SUCKS!!

If I could give a lower rating, I would. Ordered a dishwasher to replace an old Kenmore. The installer said the new one would not fit. We returned it and hired a contractor to address the installer’s concern. Ordered again. Took two weeks for the installer to arrive after we were texted incorrect installation dates repeatedly. Installer gave new BS reason why it couldn’t be installed. We bought a dishwasher elsewhere and installed it without issue the next day. Sears delayed the refund. No excuse for sloppy, incompetent, and painful service. Save yourself the stress of Sears.

I could write a shorter review, If I could tell about what went right. Order a refrigerator on 11/13/21. It was delivered damaged on 11/15/2021, I refused the delivery and it was down hill after that. The first agent wanted me to cancel my first order and have them rewrite the order. That was fine, but all of my discounts were removed from my new order. I refused and her suggestion was call back and get the discounts after I place my new order. For some reason they thought I still had the damaged refrigerator and was coming to exchange refrigerators. Six delivery attempts and 30 calls later still no refrigerator. I could not get them to understand that I never accepted the 1st refrigerator. The delivery people lied and said they came by my house, my camera should exactly that. they drove by and never stopped. on 11/28 I placed a new order for a lower price and cancelled the first order. on 12/6 I finally received my refrigerator, It was damaged. I am returning it. I grew up on Kenmore. The horrible customer service was like I was in a night mare.

Stay far AWAY FROM SEARS & their DELIVERY!!! I have had the absolute worse experience EVER with Sears!!! I will NEVER order nor use this company ever again! I ordered my refrigerator on 11/5, I just today 11/26 received my refrigerator after Sears tried to deliver me 2 damaged refrigerators. The third attempt the delivery comp told me the refrigerator got to the warehouse 20mins after all the delivery companies went out, how convenient! This made 3days of missed work with still no refrigerator! I’ve called customer service numerous times to ask for a supervisor and they just take my name and number but no one EVER CALLS!  I really was left with NO Refrigerator for freaking Thanksgiving!!!! Now today I finally get a refrigerator and I’m informed that they can’t connect my refrigerator because there’s no shut off valve behind my frig. NO ONE INFORMED ME THAT THEYRE NOT ALLOWED TO INSTALL MY REFRIGERATOR WITHOUT IT NOT BEING THERE, so that I would have time to go in my basement and find it for them! When I attempted to do that they tell me they don’t have the time to wait! This is so ridiculous and all the delivery comp can say is sorry we meant to tell you that!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM SEARS

I called Sears for some preventative maintenance i😸on our dryer before it got worse. They came within a week of the first phone call (great). After they came and told me what was wrong with our dryer, I agreed to pay the $99 diagnostic fee plus the $8 fee for new gliders and the $200 labor fee. They took apart the dryer, left. I learned they did not put it back together right, left 2 screws out and it was much worse than before. Then, left me to fix it myself. I called and they would not fix it or come back. I have scheduled 3 appointments since the first appointment, and on every appointment they call in sick. It has been 3 months now. I absolutely cannot believe how they have been in business this long. We are a family of 6!! And they don’t think we need a dryer. They deserve to be bankrupt due to their inept ability to communicate and schedule their technicians accordingly. We have been waiting for 3 months, and the best part is, they do not have anyone you can talk to “Live” it’s all email or chat. They make me sick and now have $200+ of my money so I am stuck until they resolve it. Run far, far, far, away, and never call Sears for a repair. 🤢🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢🤢. Look for a local guy that cares

Only reason I left a one star is because I had to in order to submit. Otherwise it would no stars. I made a purchase online and canceled the order and recieved a confirmation number. Two later I was told that it could not be cancelled and the product has been sent out. Mind you it didn't ship that day. After going back and fourth I was finally able to receive a returning label. I sent the product back that same day I received the returning label. I recieved an email stating that a refund was issued. Well today I get a call from Why lease it stating that all the money was not refunded and there's still a balance of $139.99. HOW, your team dropped the ball not me not Why lease it. Matter of fact Why Lease it was on the phone as well when I called to cancel the order and was provided the cancelation confirmation number. Yall get by by screwing people over and it's not right. There's no reason why that company was not refund all of their money. I've been dealing with this for about 3 weeks and it's draining. Please correct what yall screwed up.
