“I called directly and the gentleman I worked with was friendly and eager to please. I received a photo of the flowers from the person I sent them to and they are beautiful. Exceeded my expectations.”

“I placed my order on the sad day, day when i lost my very close friend. And because of the different circumstances I couldn't be in NY to say "Goodbye" to my dearest friend, I called the Secret Garden Rose and asked to arrange a stand with a flowers and deliver to the funeral home. When my order was delivered i got a picture of the arrangement. The beautiful fresh flowers with a bow and ribbon with the inscription were absolutely as was promised Thank you so much. Hope my next order will be for a more joyful event.”

“I recently orderd some roses from u. I asked for different colored roses but didn't receive but two colors for the amount of money I spent. That was disappointing. Try to get the rainbow colored roses please”

“Luke helped me with my order. I wanted the best rides and big clear balloons with colorful confetti inside to be delivered to the hospital for my daughter who has heart surgery. The roses were stunning and balloons exactly what I wanted. Fun and happy. Thank you Secret Garden and Luke for wonderful customer service and making us all happy.”

“Ordered off the website. Gives plenty of great options. A chatbox opened immediately if I needed help (I didn't). Requested same day delivery. Flowers were there at our apartment 2 hours later, perfectly done and beautiful!”
