“I paid for same day/weekend delivery which was quite expensive and my flowers were not delivered. The only way I discovered this was calling the next day and asking, only to find out not only were the flowers not delivered the previous day, but were not delivered again the next day. Had I not called, I have no idea if I would have even been informed of this. The company was unable to deliver the flowers that day and assured me they would arrive the next day in the morning and I would be refunded the same day delivery free. I called the company around 1pm the following day. Still no delivery. Eventually my flowers were delivered, I was told they were quite beautiful. I still have not received a refund for the same day delivery.”

“Overall, the ordering experience and quality of the product was very good. However, they delivered on the wrong day, even though I ordered many days in advance. My "on time" delivery question below will say no as, the way I look at it, a day too early is nearly as bad as a day too late.”

“The flower arrangement was gorgeous and Ginger loved it. The only issue I had was when I received a call from the dispatcher stating that the delivery person didn't know how to get into the proper entrance of the Hard Rock Cafe New York. I let him know that I'd emailed the info to them the day before with the name of the person that would take possession of the arrangement. It was delivered to the correct person-the conversation just worried me a little. Otherwise, I am extremely happy with the arrangement and with the recipient's love of it. Actually, I communicated by both email and then the telephone.”
