“I’ve never order from Garden Rose l, and after I place a flower arrangements for a birthday to be deliver. I wasn’t sure if the flowers arrangements would be what I envision. But, it was BEAUTIFUL and the recipient was very happy, and so am I! I will order again in the future! Thank you Lucas; you were wonderful!!”

“I was very disappointed in the Secret Garden Rose. I explained my budget limit but was charged $60 beyond that. In terms of the note, they literally did not get one word right. As for the flowers, yes they were attractive, but did not follow the color scheme I requested. Not cool at all. Will avoid in the future and will warn others.”

“Easy to work with, however delivered to the front door when it was dark, flowers sat outside for 2 hours before my daughter realized they were there. Otherwise beautiful bouquet of colorful flowers.”

“Very Disappointing! Ordered delivery for Tuesday Valentines Day, delivered on Monday. Ordered multicolored roses, all light & dark pink & were all fully opened. Came in a plain clear vase, no bow or baby’s breath. Came in a plain white shopping bag which was wet from the water in vase. I will be disputing this charge with my Credit Card company. Worst experience with flower delivery I’ve ever had.”

“Good afternoon. My wife and I were coming to NYC from Spring Grove PA to see Hamilton. I wanted to surprise her with Valentine's Day flowers in our Hilton hotel room. The ordering process was extremely easy and fast, unfortunately, the 1st bunch of flowers was misplaced by the hotel. I called your office, and they corrected the problem without my wife knowing. That's great customer service. That's for making her Valentine's Day in NYC a special one.”
