Didn't get what I ordered. My invoice/order summary included this pack and was one of the main reasons I ordered. They refuse to help or take responsibility for their mistake.

Order arrived safely germinated as usual with other seed's not one of your seed's germinated. All the other seed's germinated are growing already and I've given up on the ones I got from you guys. Pretty miffed off to be honest

Been growing 3 years and iv only had 1 seed not sprout. The 1st 2 of the 4 seeds I ordered from here did not sprout. I haven't tried the other 2 yet. I just wanted to leave this review because I keep getting a email asking for it.

I didn’t get my order and customer service is very poor they didn’t help me in my lost order by the carrier ii never buy anything from this website

I had great experience in the past. this year to manny male seeds. ruined my whole crop. This never happened in the past. Had to cut all the plants down.

Thanks for your review. We get very few complaints about hermaphrodites - it can always happen with feminised seeds but is not normal. I am afraid if you had it with a few plants it is likely you stressed them somehow. Check temps, light leaks etc Best Seedsman

Ordered 5 seeds but only 2 sprout. I started all 5 seeds at same time, same water, same everything. But only 2 came sprout. While the 2 that did sprouted I planted em and they are growing. As for the 3 didn't sprout, place them back in moist papper towel and place em back in the dark 3 days. Still nothing. I did contact the customer support and was told that I basically just need to wait on tham as some seeds will take few weeks. It's been more likely been 6 weeks but still nothing. Very disappointing. Picture are the e seeds that are refusing to come alive.

Ordering was no problem, delivery was a little slow. My problem is the seeds are no good, I have tried germanating the seeds, they didnt open up like they should. Tried it again 2 seeds barely opened the others not at all. I will be calling to find out what happens now. You are so worried about the delivery, how about the product itself.

I soaked 8 seeds in water overnight,placed them in damp papertowels and left them in over 70degree temp. and after two weeks not one seed has germinated!

Seeds barely sprouted and will not grow. Very disappointed that I have to reorder, start over and start later in the season. Not my first rodeo. Don't waste your money. You won't get any help from customer service

Thanks so much for your review. There is a great grow guide available for free on our website from Jorge Cervantes - i'd suggest downloading it. We can't take responsibility for seeds beyond germination. And we carefully test seeds from all batches we sell to ensure they are above 95% viable. Best Seedsman

My concern know, making sure the seeds sprout up. When that happens I'll be happy. I planned the seeds 2 weeks ago and they haven't germated yet...starting to get concerned.

it is unthinkable that I have no answer from customer service for 5 days. this attitude is frivolous. please tell me how and when I will get an answer to my problem. it is not correct to take money without caring about the problems of your long-time customers. and here I will again I asked for a quick response.

Ordered seeds off of this company five White Widow 5 Royal gorillas and they ended up giving me free 3 Northern Lights and two tropical cooler went by step by step directions on germinating the seeds and planning them out of 15 seeds only two ever sprouted tried to get in contact with customer service they never got back with me tried to call the number it goes to voicemail but before you can leave a message it hangs up would not recommend this company

I did not receive the freebies I was expecting. Very disappointed because I ordered extra to receive the extra freebies. I received 3 packs instead of the promised 5 packs.

I bought some pie and sheets five pack and I tried to sprout four of them both success. But yet the cheap seeds in my order sprouted no problem and so did another set of autos from a different source. All sprouted just fine except for the expensive five pack of tangerine dreams.
