When there is something wrong with your order. There customer service consists of a computer. It take forever for them to even address the problem.

The site and ordering process was very easy but customer service and standards is horrible recently received a 3pk of cup winning seeds that when I received was tiny and didn’t look great but still tried 2 was duds never sprouted or grew so 1 survived after doing everything by the book but still looks sickly!! Contacted Customer Service with all pictures and info to get a response unacceptable saying they will not replace or refund but enjoy 5% off next order !!! ARE YOU SERIOUS!!! DEFINITELY NEED TO DO BETTER !! CONTACTED BACK WITH NO RESPONSE BUT WANT FEEDBACK!!

I tried to make a purchase but it was declined so I went elsewhere. Now you inform me that the transaction was successful costing me money I didn't budget for,add to that the item hasn't even been delivered yet!

The 3 seeds i ordered never Sprouted. That was 45 dollars down the drain. What a hugh disapointed.

Beware of this place and their claim I personally ordered a order for a small amount and thank god I did because I got burned they say delivered and never got anything and it cost 125.00 to find that out .. contacted them and got no where please be cautious and don’t believe their claim!!

I received 5 gorilla candy and 3 free og rush. They have been between 2 moist paper towels for 2 weeks. Not one single sprout!!! I've found seeds in my flower that sprouted almost immediately!! EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH YOUR PRODUCT! Will be sure to share my experience if asked!!

I ordered 3 feminized skunk no 1 seeds .only two seeds germinated the other two were males.very disappointed

My order was sent back to seedman on may 6. I have been triing contact seedman every since then to have my package resent to me with no results. I am unable to talk to a person, I only got a bot.When I do get a reply, if I get a reply it is no help.

I paid almost $60 for just two seeds, waited two weeks for delivery and both seeds didn’t sprout. Huge disappointment. I’ll buy a better brand next time

3-5 days shipping means they create a usps ticket on day 5. But worse only 1 seed germinated, everyone wants to say it was me. I have been doing this for 50 years, yes 50. And have never had such a terrible experience. I had been buying from Attitude seeds for 15 years and they have also gone down hill. I guess i will go with the seed sites that NYS recommends.

Took over a week just to package my order. Ordered 3 the BOGOF packs, supposed to been 5+5 instead got 5+1. Emailed customer service over a week ago and still hasn’t made it right. First and last time I will purchase from seedsman.

Didn't get what I ordered. My invoice/order summary included this pack and was one of the main reasons I ordered. They refuse to help or take responsibility for their mistake.

Order arrived safely germinated as usual with other seed's not one of your seed's germinated. All the other seed's germinated are growing already and I've given up on the ones I got from you guys. Pretty miffed off to be honest
