Seeds had a promotion for free seeds with every size pack which they did NOT include with my order. The only reason I order with a seed bank middle man rather Than the breeder directly is for the free sample packs every single seed bank other than seedsman gives out for free with every order as seedsmsn used to do years ago and he had a promotion up that he was giving free packs with every size order of 3 seeds or more. I made a support ticket directly after I made my order stating that I was not given an option to choose my freebies and that I would please like them included with the order I just put in five seconds ago and seedsman ignored my ticket, replied with AI generated response which claimed that he was busy observing & celebrating some BS 'Boxing Day' "Holiday" until the day my order shipped out. A few hours after it shipped he replied and said that my $25 order didn't qualify for free seeds. Then he responded again before I ever saw the first response and in the second response he said that for the Pick and Mix promotion one must purchase 3 packs of seeds to receive the freebies that Breeders give him FREE of Charge to give out to paying customers FREE of Charge for PROMOTIONAL Purposes. He then linked me to some BS terms and conditions page he put together sometime during the period in which he ignored my ticket due to 'Boxing Day'. A link to said Terms & Conditions mysteriously appeared directly under the image if the Pick and Mix photo on his promotions page. The image clearly states free seeds when you buy any pack of 3, 5, 10 etc seeds. There was zero link to any conditions before I made my support ticket. That my friends is deceptive marketing practices the BBB could likely confirm through various methods including the way back machine. But alas I am not a shady weasel like him and I didn't report his BS false & deceptive advertisement. I am not quite sure Why the owner of one of the largest seed banks in the world is hoarding packs of promotional tester seeds vendors gave him for free to give to his customers, they didn't give them to him to go toward his own breeding project or whatever the hell he's doing with all those free seeds. Possibly repacking them and selling them as his own. But I digress, I just refuse to do business with the petty bottom ever again until he ships me the freebies he owes me. Have a blessed day ya'll. Thanks very much for your review. We really appreciate all feedback. We recently altered the way we operate the way we give free seeds moving to a pick and mix model that is clearly shown on the website. We have done this at a slow time of year to trial it, and have been getting some mixed response. We are now looking at how we can optimise it so that a larger number of our clients are pulled in to benefit. That is a work in progress, but we will likely change promo in the coming weeks. Your accusations of impropriety and name calling does not do you any favours here in us wanting to help you, which is the normal way we operate. I’m not sure what the issue is as I’ve never had a problem on past orders but this experience has been disappointing. I did not receive my order and when I inquired about it I was assured it would be mailed priority that day. Four days later I received a package with promotional seeds in it but still not my original order. Apparently American customer service isn’t as good as the previous European service was.

DO NOT SHOP WITH SEEDSMAN HORRIBLE AFTER SALES SERVICE, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AFTER THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY!! will never shop with seedsman ever again. where do i even begin? first the shipping is very delayed , then after waiting almost 2 weeks i finally get the seeds i’ve been waiting for, come to find out seedsman sold me all dead seeds . 10 days germinating, and still nothing. I tried to make contact with seedsman , then this woman named “Ruth” entered the chat. after days of waiting for a reply , mind you i spent the last couple dollars i had on these seeds so, it might of just been a couple seeds to the average person, but it was my last, and they basically laughed in my face when i told them that. all they offered me was to spend more money with their company by giving me 10% percent off. i explained to them this is my first time, i told them it was the last of my money , whatever happen to good humans in this world, seedsman proved to me that , they don’t care about the little people who made their company what it is today, “Ruth” was very rude , and she offered no help, or even gave me a chance to understand my situation, she looked at me not as a individual human, but just a black and white name on a screen. No you guys are actually hurting real people out here by misleading about your products , i will never shop with seedsman ever again. nor will i recommend to anyone to shop here. Simply bad business, better off taking your money elsewhere, somewhere you won’t get judged, no matter how many seeds you buy . HORRIBLE ALL AROUND THE BOARD. 0/10 I tried to give them zero stars but even their system has it to where you can’t rate them anything under a 3 star so i just left everything blank

Thanks so much for your review. We are very sorry that you feel that way about our company. We value our customers hugely. We also have complete confidence in our products. We rigorously test seeds from all batches before offering them for sale and only sell seeds from batches that are over 95% viable. We also require all our suppliers to hold the same standards. You bought one seed from us which you failed to germinate. We make very clear our germination policy before buying. We will not fire our customer service reps for holding our policies on germination. The customer service is very poor. Cannot get a response but from a bot that does nothing to satisfy any inquiries I may have. Im owed a freebie but nope cannot get anyone to help right that particular issue.

I got 6 single packets of seeds,Jack herer, critical Cali mass and Alaskan purple.The critical Cali mass and Alaskan purple were duds,I was looking so forward to getting my garden going,sucks.

We also ask our suppliers to maintain the same high viability standards. In light of this we are VERY confident with the viability of the products we offer. I bought 3 of your Royal Dwarf seeds in a packet and after paying the shipping etc . only one seed ever sprouted ... NOT COOL !

Everything vent very fast, received a lot of free seeds, the only reason it is only 1 out of 5 is that from 7 bought seeds non sprouted, from 2 of the free seeds both sprouted normally, probably old seeds

Worst experience I've ever had ordering seeds. Ordering was easy enough but the package never made it to me. When I reached out to them about the issue it took 4 days for them to respond. I followed the process as instructed with my local post office. The day I got a response from the post office seedsman had sent me an email stating that since they hadn't heard back from me that they were closing my ticket. I responded back that I had been waiting to hear back from the post office and that I had a case number for them. It's now been 4 days and I have not heard anything back. I have no seeds, no refund, and no answers. I'd also like to add that the extra for faster shipping and the insurance as well.

Your ticket was closed as as routine but it will be reopened so that we can assist you. When USPS says they have delivered and the client say they haven't reporting to USPS is essential for us to ensure we can follow the right steps and resend your order. Thanks for your review. The numbers you had are not normal for our seeds. We would recommend you review your germination method. We test seeds from all batches that we release for sales and only release seeds from batches that test over 95% germination. We are extremely confident with the viability of the seeds we sell - it is our job to be. I have though asked our customer service team to reach out to you. Thanks for taking the time to leave this review. We test seeds from all batches of seeds that we sell, and only release for sale seeds that test over 95% germination. Its highly unusual to have 100% of seeds fail on two orders. And strongly suggests user error. Please have a good look at how you germinate, temperatures etc. Our customer service team will be in touch. Seedsman
