My seeds went to wrong address and were sent back to wharehouse, over200$ spent and never received seeds

I haven't ordered from Seedsman in a few years. Ordered some seeds, 20 mimosa EVO from Barneys Farm and one pack of ten was empty. No plastic bubble, no seeds. The other pack of ten had it's seeds, only 5 came up. I wrote, instead of just leaving a review. No answer.

Most of my seeds did not germinate. I requested replacement seeds weeks ago and a customer service rep still has not gotten back to me.

Ordering process and delivery were good. Unfortunately, none of my seeds germinated. After several years of growing, I have never had seeds not germinate well until this order. Seeds were all duds. I’m not at all happy with the results.

my order came back from customs, they said they couldn't resend it, they said they couldn't resend the order I placed when I told them to place another order and send it together, they said they couldn't resend the order I placed, they defrauded me 127€ and I will never buy products from this site again. They ship the product with a piece of paper, it's not hidden like it says on the site, maybe they did it on purpose, I'm not sure.

We make very clear on our website that we will not resend orders to come countries and that seeds are bought at the customers risk. Please do NOT order from us if you cant understand this.

My order was lost and I never received I tried emailing seedsman and they wanted me to go to the post office and get a missing package claim I don’t even know where the post office is as I’m new to this city I definitely wasn’t going thru all the headache for just a $30 pack of seeds I emailed the seed co and they was more help then seedsman sad to say that was my last order for seedsman I’m just glad it wasn’t a more expensive order that got lost but honestly there’s no need to use this company I’d much rather go thru the actual seed companies that care about there customers I even paid for the tracking insurance as I have in the past but comes to find out that doesn’t matter must just be a way for seedsman to make some extra money

Thanks very much for your review. We absolutely care about our customers as you can see from all the reviews we have and our responses to them. We are VERY sorry if USPS lost your parcel. It happens from time to time. What we ask is when it does happen than customers file a missing packet claim form in person or online and provide that to us. We can then resend their order. Otherwise all we can see on our end is that the parcel has been delivered. We do his from time to time and the majority of our customers are happy to do it. We can still get this sorted with you, if youd like. Regards Seedsman

Seedsman did not uphold their return policy with me and as a result will never get a dime from me or 7 other of my friends that recommended me to Seedsman in the first place. Their policy clearly states that they will guarantee customer satisfaction and can take seeds back if they are “unused”, yet they would not take my unused seeds back because the package was opened so that I could try and identify the seeds I received. The only reason that I opened the package was because: 1. Nowhere in the written section “Return Policy” does it mentioned anything about opened packages, and I previewed this policy and opened the package with confidence. 2. I needed to see if I had a way to see which seed was which so I’d know if I was growing CBD or not, and nowhere in the seed description posted on Seedsman’s website does it mention that the seeds are totally at random and there’s no way to identify which is which.

I am very sorry you have had issues with our site. We will review our terms and condition. My apologies they are not as tight as they should have been. We would have hoped it may have been obvious that we wouldn't take back packets that had been opened. Obviously not. We do do our best to help all clients as you can see from the way we are reviewed. Thanks for your review. We test all the seeds we sell very carefully and only release for sale seeds that have tested over 95% germination - most of our customers do not have any issues, as you can see from our reviews.
