Delivery was prompt but neither of the seeds I ordered germinated.

We do test seeds from all the batches of seeds that we sell - and only release for sale seeds that test over 95% germination - we are therefore very confident with the quality of the seeds that we sell. We also hold our suppliers to the same high standards. This said these are live products and competencies & environments vary so we try to help customers if they have issues. Usually buy 3 packs. Most the time 2/3 will sprout. Last purchase bought 4. First 3 all duds. Just started the 4th. Even if this one pops, 1/4 isn’t great. Most batches have flowered well. This last patch big disappointment.

Purchased 3 seeds from a BOGO email , only got 3 seeds , no freebies. Tried to contact just to find out email given as support contact is not monitored . Tried to call with contact phone number provided , also not monitored. Tried 2nd email that worked to get an answer that neither said I was right or wrong and didn’t say what they would do about it if anything. It felt like bait and switch and with all the no valid contacts , the evidence supports it. I was a first , last and only time customer. I never had this problem with Greenpoint or ILGM. And to think , they did that to a new customer over 3 free seeds from a ad they sent out to round up business.

Many thanks for your review. Our customer service department is absolutely manned and we are making some big improvements over the next month. I am very sorry if the pick and mix terms were not clear. We have had a very small number of visitors say the same thing, so we are making improvements to how it is detailed and displayed. We'd like to reassert that we hugely value both new and returning customers - and always have done since our inception in 2003.

I purchased 2 BOGO of Bubba Kush and only received 3 packs of Bubba Kush. I should get 4 packs since I purchased 2 of the Buy 1 Get 1 Free.

well, its been 3 weeks, and still no tracking number that works, been speaking to customer service, but its probably a bot, and no help at all. So all in all terrible.

I purchased five seeds not one of them germinated none very disappointed won't deal with you again I bring home 675 a month that's what I got to live on took me 2 months to be able to buy them. Well maybe in a couple more months I'll try again with somebody else you have a good day

Seeds had a promotion for free seeds with every size pack which they did NOT include with my order. The only reason I order with a seed bank middle man rather Than the breeder directly is for the free sample packs every single seed bank other than seedsman gives out for free with every order as seedsmsn used to do years ago and he had a promotion up that he was giving free packs with every size order of 3 seeds or more. I made a support ticket directly after I made my order stating that I was not given an option to choose my freebies and that I would please like them included with the order I just put in five seconds ago and seedsman ignored my ticket, replied with AI generated response which claimed that he was busy observing & celebrating some BS 'Boxing Day' "Holiday" until the day my order shipped out. A few hours after it shipped he replied and said that my $25 order didn't qualify for free seeds. Then he responded again before I ever saw the first response and in the second response he said that for the Pick and Mix promotion one must purchase 3 packs of seeds to receive the freebies that Breeders give him FREE of Charge to give out to paying customers FREE of Charge for PROMOTIONAL Purposes. He then linked me to some BS terms and conditions page he put together sometime during the period in which he ignored my ticket due to 'Boxing Day'. A link to said Terms & Conditions mysteriously appeared directly under the image if the Pick and Mix photo on his promotions page. The image clearly states free seeds when you buy any pack of 3, 5, 10 etc seeds. There was zero link to any conditions before I made my support ticket. That my friends is deceptive marketing practices the BBB could likely confirm through various methods including the way back machine. But alas I am not a shady weasel like him and I didn't report his BS false & deceptive advertisement. I am not quite sure Why the owner of one of the largest seed banks in the world is hoarding packs of promotional tester seeds vendors gave him for free to give to his customers, they didn't give them to him to go toward his own breeding project or whatever the hell he's doing with all those free seeds. Possibly repacking them and selling them as his own. But I digress, I just refuse to do business with the petty bottom ever again until he ships me the freebies he owes me. Have a blessed day ya'll. Thanks very much for your review. We really appreciate all feedback. We recently altered the way we operate the way we give free seeds moving to a pick and mix model that is clearly shown on the website. We have done this at a slow time of year to trial it, and have been getting some mixed response. We are now looking at how we can optimise it so that a larger number of our clients are pulled in to benefit. That is a work in progress, but we will likely change promo in the coming weeks. Your accusations of impropriety and name calling does not do you any favours here in us wanting to help you, which is the normal way we operate.
