Out of 6 seeds I bought 3 gorilla glue an only 1 out of 3 sprouted I filled out germanatein form an its been days an haven't heard anything until I get my 3 seed replaced or atleast 2 this will be my rating for this company

I received my seeds in 4 or 5 days which was great. I followed your germination directions to the letter. What I got was 5 seeds sitting in wet paper towels for 14 days doing nothing, no tap roots at all. This is not my first time germinating or growing cannabis plants and I don't expect to get 100% germination but I think I should get at least 2 seeds to grow a tap root so they can be planted and continue the process. All I got out of it was a waste of my time.

I live in Florida and am staying for an extended period of time in Hawaii. I ordered some Indica seeds from Seedsman and found their website to be very glitchy. I pointedly entered my Florida billing address under billing address and my Hawaii Shipping address into the shipping address form. A few days later I received a notice that my order had been sent to my billing address. I called them and got a recording telling me to contact them by email as they were overloaded with calls about thier website not working. I did so and after a number of automated back and forth emails finally got a patronizing email "explaining" how I had filled out the form wrong and telling me to have someone at my billing address send the seeds to me. No point in telling them that there is on one there for the next 8 months. BTW They clearly knew which one was my billing address because they were able to charge my credit card. This is not a company which gives two hoots about customer service. I will not be ordering from them again.

We will review our answerphone message as it seems out of date. We have made some large improvements to our website, and to our shipping process. I am sorry this didn't work out for you.

My last order came within days of ordering…. But the order before that took 4 weeks to get here… and on the other that took 4 weeks to come only one seed germinated out 7… hopefully business is better in the future

I ordered some seeds two packets including girl scout cookies and watermelon skittles I should have received OG Kush as a freebie but it was not in the packaging I have emailed and have had no reply not the service that I used to having I may have to find somebody nerd for future others

Unfortunately my experience hasn't been very good so far. My order was placed 3 weeks ago and I was charged through my bank account, but haven't received my items. When I checked the tracking to see what was going on, it said that the items were returned to sender. No clue why that happened, and the worst thing is my money wasn't refunded! So the money was taken, and the items were not given to me. Feeling like I was robbed to be honest. I've emailed them, and made a ticket for them to review or whatever explaining what happened, and so far all I got was an email saying that there backed up and haven't even seen my ticket or don't even know what the problem is yet. So there's no hurry to get me my product, or my refund. Which at this point is all I want. So yea, not a happy customer. I'd like my money back!! I shouldn't have to chase it. You should have realized that once the package came back to you, that an immediate refund should have been made.

Bought seeds, none of which germinated. I've got years of experience so I know perfectly well how to germ them. Send a support ticket 5 days ago and still no reply. I doubt if I'll ever see my money back or get fresh seeds in stead of 10year old ones...

For the second time I got hung up in "moving warehouses". Both times resulted in seeds I ordered not being available, months long delays, and NO refund! I have recommended seedsman exclusively for the past 10 years. You have lost my faith, my trust, and I no longer list you as a reputable seed bank on any of my public diaries, forums, groups, pages or social media outlets... Do better!. Be transparent!. Earn my business back!.

Usually, I don’t have any problems with Seedman seeds, but the last one the purple ghost candy was a fail. It’s popped and died

I didnt get my original order. It took over a month for you all to help and it still wasnt fixed. My CRedit Card number was stolen and used right after my final purchase through seedmans. I will no longer purchase from you. Customer service is poor they fixed nothing. They were always two steps behind what was going on with her emails and a top it off. There are legal purchases made on my credit card through other facilities in Michigan right after I used my card Seedmans. I do not trust your company longer. Therefore I will no longer be purchasing material through. Thank you.

I was shorted on my delivery which was not really a big deal. I figured Seedsman would fix it. I tried to call but they "cannot take calls at this time". I filled out the contact form and a ticket was assigned almost two weeks ago. Still no response despite following up with them via email a few times.
