Delivered promptly. Followed recommended germination procedures. No germination. Very expensive product for lack of success.

My seeds took over a month to receive. They did not have what I ordered But they did credit me I’ve always had no problems they said it was do to changing locations The last order a lot of my seeds did not pop but the one that did made up for the lose. I will give seedsman another chance, since I’ve had good luck in the past. One more time hopefully it’s a positive experience

Well i received an email informing me it was returned and wanted me to send reshipping cost. I have not done that and thinking it may be a scam! I have not received anything!

Hello Benjamin, thanks for your feedback. When the wrong address is provided, the items are returned to us. The shipping cost is simply put in place so that we can get your order re-shipped to you, given you have updated your address in your account. I hope this clears things up.

Hi seedsman. I put my order in 15 August 2023. I went to USPS tracking and it said my order was returned to sender because of insufficient address. I checked my address in my Seedman account my addresses are complete and Correct. I am still waiting for my order and now it’s 31 August. And UPS tracking says it’s still in the facility that they sent it back to. I hope that you can help me out. Sincerely yours Wayne Sall

The seeds I received aren't growing. I have them in a hydroponics set and planted them the day I got the seeds. Which was 2 weeks ago. Only 2 have started to sprout and the rest nothing. Usually I'd have leaves and all that but now nothing yet.

Seeds I ordered (Blue Dream Auto by Atlas) are listed as autoflower, however, I received a package listed as photoperiod. Contacted Altas to confirm and received a prompt response form them (less than 24 hrs) confirming that they are not autoflower. Submited a support ticket through Seedsman.com almost two weeks ago and still have not gotten any response from seedsman. I understand mistakes happen but not even responding to a support ticket is not encouraging. They still have a chance to make me happy but, running out of time.

So I ordered my seeds on Aug 16th, a label was created on aug 17th, then the seeds were never delivered to the USPS and I never recieved them. Today is 08/30/2023. I have tried to submit a ticket and got a "we are too busy" response. Then I called and left a message and got no reply.... Service has been zero. My seeds still have a tracking number that says they were never delivered to the USPS. I would either like a refund or my seeds but you customer service department will not help me. -Jacob

I gave 1 star because you can't do 0 stars . We waited about a month to get our order. We were promised extra seeds because of the wait but surprisingly there wasn't any. I'll spend my money somewhere else.

I’m guessing it was damaged in handling. Envelope was a lil beat up. Upon opening I noticed it felt kinda flat and when open noticed container broke and seeds cracked. Still gonna try and see but hopes aren’t to high.

Took almost 2 months to ship 10 seeds and no response from customer service. Very disappointed and will not be using seedsman again.
