I ordered July 12th and have yet to get anything but excuses. I requested a refund and of course , you have an excuse for that too. It is now August 19th and no seeds, no refund and quite another excuse is coming. Look I didn't make chase.after my money when I ordered, return my refund the same way.

Ordered and paid in full on July 26. Now August 18 and still hasn't even shipped. My money is gone. No reply to ticket that was created regarding this issue. Clearly this business is a scam. Not sure why I'm bothering to write this because it is absurd to keep getting requests to rate business that has stolen my money. Below question asks how long it took for me to get a response. I still haven't gotten one. Thieves...

I have not received my order # SSUSA-00098885 since July 20th almost one month. What is going on in your shipping department? very poor management in the shipping department. I am not happy with your process, get your act together and ship my order.

Seedsman took my money. Then Seedsman cancelled my order because it was out of stock. Customer service rep said my money would be refunded. Then said money was being refunded. They did nothing. They did nothing but give misleading, out right false statements. I had to chase they repeatedly. They took my money on july 15. On Aug 14 they said they would not be able to process my refund due to difficulties on their part. They said I would have to process my claim on my own thru my credit card company. On July 28 I placed another order after being informed first order was canceled. Customer rep while messing with my refund for the first order, made confusing statements about canceling my second order. Yikes. On Aug. 3 he sent email saying my order was sent out. After a few days I track it. No package was received by USPS. I called them on this repeatedly. On Aug 15 I lost trust in Seedsman. Too many false and confusing statements. I processed my dispute with my credit company. I had not received any product. I canceled my order and process a dispute. On Aug 16 they said my order was sent. This is the same order they said they sent on Aug 3. Yikes. Too many confusioning misstatements.

Still waiting on my order I placed almost 3 weeks ago. Can’t even get a reply from th support so no I’m not happy and this did not happen the previous 2 times I placed orders. I’m pretty disappointed

as of august 1 a label was printed in westmont IL packed never got there, so never received the package? . Never received any notification that it shipped, you can put tracking number in yourself and see never received. USPS

This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had buying seeds I will never come here again. I ordered the chocolate skunk auto fem and only 2 popped I've got a entire cannabis garden so this wasn't something on my end. So they promised me after so much hassle and realizing it was a problem on their end some replacement seeds. It's been 3 months now and those replacement seeds are apparently just being sent out. Mind you not they said this a month and a half ago also and they were never taken to the post office and dropped off.

The order was filled and charged very fast, but shipment never left the warehouse. After several customer service attempts with absolutely no updates or resolutions I'm still waiting almost 3 weeks later for a shipment. Was really looking forward to continuing to order from seedsman. I understand your short staffed but some sort of non automated communication of what's being done to reship or refund really shouldn't be too much to ask for. Can't rate the product since still haven't received them 😕
