App and web would not let us buy. It would take it out of cart or would not let us put in cart and made us log back in.. Got too complicate/ frustrated we moved on at this time...

Order and delivery was great, no complaints. This was not my first order and I have never had any issues in the past orders. This time out of 26 seeds I germinated and planted only 5 came up. (Maybe 6, it looks as if a little one is struggling) I had planted them at 2 different times since out of the first 12 , and not one came up at all. I placed a second order and was a little more successful however, this was from where the 5 is growing and they were planted much later which will reduce my harvest as well as them being auto flower. I'm confused as to why the issues last year, as I say, I have never had issues on any of my previous orders. So, unfortunately, this year's review is not a good one. Neither is my crop. SO sorry.

We planted our seeds as we have many times but none ever came up? I wrote but never heard nothing back. Id like to reorder but not if they don't grow. Hopefully someone has answers as to why none ever produced?

Our of the 9 seeds I received, only two germinated on only one survived past one week.

I used my points on this last order & the order/payment instructions didn’t come within the allotted time frame , so when I went to pay for the order , the order had expired and so did all of my points for a 10% off coupon . Not only did I not get my discount , but I had to make my order all over again . Go through the entire checkout process again & pay full price for an order I used 600 points on . I’m very disappointed.

i am actually very disappointed! I ordered and planted 6 seeds plus I got 2 free white widows... Only 3 seeds germinated... I had the same problem last year but thought it was a fluke... I have been getting seeds from you for at least 6 years and never had a problem until last year! maybe its time to try another company??!!

The star was for delivery and that was only good thing! Never answered any questions I asked. The seeds I paid for didn't, mixed, came unidentified, Never did anything. No answer about being 2 years old, never answered if they were old. The free pack didn't do anything. You asked for pic's which I sent hoping to get something back. Did get a email back saying you'll give me a 10 percent off. I won't be using that 10 percent. And I'm not a first time grower. The pic is what I sent when it was 3 - 4 weeks

I ordered "Space Panda" and so far the first seed failed to germinate, and the second seed took three days to germinate and has been in the ground for over two weeks and it's doing very poorly in growing. There's no girth to its stem and as for its leafs it's looking like a three day growth not a two week growth. I've tested the earth and found no trouble. The PH, soil and light are all correct. These seeds are very poor. I don't recommend them at all.

Didn't send full order. Did not respond to communications regarding lack in that order. Then offered me 25% off my next order which they may or may not have filled. I'm done with them they are very UNTRUSTWORTHY.

Worst seed website ever. Can’t get any responses for problems. Website is very difficult to maneuver. No ticket responses. Seeds are expensive for the quantity. Freebies aren’t guaranteed. Had terrible luck with them. Germination percentage with seeds is below average,
