Thanks for the feedback. As you know, we had an issue with the changing over of our warehouse, which caused a huge amount of backlogged orders. We have now sorted through these and have resumed business as normal. We truly apologise for the inconvenience this delay must have caused you.

It's funny I was asked to write a review. I placed an order over two weeks ago, they never sent it. They did send me a tracking number, but, it just says they are waiting for the package, that was July 31st. Since then I have tried to contact customer service twice, still haven't heard anything back yet. I'll be surprised if I ever get my package, as their website just says it's already despatched. So it was probably lost or forgot about, of course I can't get my money back or anything. Can't even talk to customer service. A little communication goes a long way, making me wait with absolutely no information after you already took my money 2 weeks ago? Ridiculous

Ordering was fine. However I suggest you only show results for items you have in stock. BUT ITS BEEN OVER 2 WEEKS AND MY ORDER HASN'T BEEN PROCESSED YET!?!? I even submitted a customer service ticket that said it would be responded to in 2 days... It's been 8 and I haven't heard anything??

Placed my first order on July 25 with them. As of July 27 the order shows 'dispatched' but the USPS tracking shows that the tracking number was created but has not changed status. It's now August 13, I've sent emails with no reply, if you call the number says "we won't check messages". No seeds, no replies. Kinda harsh, man.

ordered almost 300 bucks worth of beans...3 weeks still no beans...2 emails and tried the seedsman phone which is out of order and no return emails and tracking doesnt work...I am hoping for a miracle i guess at this point..super bummed ....I loved past products from SM so hoping they are just busy and running behind.

Not a good experience this time. I've been ordering for yrs now and I guess it's bound to happen. After waiting over a month without any update on my order I put a ticket in and lo and behold 3 or 4 days later the app is updated to shows my order had been delivered at my mailbox I still didn't get my order something happened along the way and I guess I am basically just going to have to take a loss.

The seeds are very small...took a week to germinate and only a tiny root popped out of one , the other one never popped at all.. I planted the one with the root 3 days ago and am hoping for the best.

A lot of choices to choose from. Return time on order was good. But all seeds did not make plants. Only 3 out of 20 seeds germinated

I have yet to receive my order....very disappointed on the wait......so if you asking me to rate something that I have not received or looks like another 3 weeks. It will be a 1 out of 10.....Had to order from a different seed bank and got my seeds with in 1 and a half weeks. Still waiting on your package to arrive.

Everything went good received order on time. Purchased a Royal Queen Green Gelato automatic x3 plus others. The Gelato were the worst looking seeds I’ve ever seen. Very small and just looked like garbage. Looked poor after germination, barely had tails. Planted them anyway. Waste of time and money.

I think its funny Im receiving a review on an item I ordered almost 3 weeks ago and never received. 3 weeks of “with packing Team” What a joke.
