I placed an order on 7/3/23 everything was confirmed and processed, Chocolate Skunk photo, Critical Orange photo and free OG Kush also a pack of free papers. A few days later I received an email saying that the Chocolate Skunk was out of stock and I had to pick something else. I only ordered to get this strain. I picked another strain and a few days later I received another email saying that you were moving warehouses so there might be a delay. I then received an email saying my order was being shipped. A day later I received an email saying that I could get a store credit or a refund. I asked for a refund and was told it was processed and I would be notified after someone else verified it. A week later I contacted customer support and was told that the other warehouse wiped out all records and I had to go through a 5 step process with my bank to get my money back. I asked again why don't you just send me my order? I finally received my order on 8/19/23, but I received Critical Orange auto, I don't like autos and no free papers! I contacted customer support again and I haven't received any response back yet, 6 days later. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! You take money from peoples accounts very quickly, but after that your customer service is horrible. I have placed a dozen orders with you in the past. This could've been handled differently and I am sorry it wasn't.

horrible..after all my seeds didn't germinate I was sent only 5 seeds and these will not germinate..after multiple variations..soaking per website etc 3 of the seeds Floated in water so they are not viable

Viable seeds will also float. We test all of our seeds regularly and are confident with their germination rates. These are live products and customer competencies varies. In light of this we can offer a discount on any further orders.

#SSUSA-00104207 I didn’t receive my order. My tracking # say delivered yet I haven’t received it customer service is not good idk y they charge me for delivery insurance if they not ganna replace my missing order so far unsatisfied if I still don’t hear from them I will have to get my refund unless they make it right for me I was really looking forward to growing seeds from this website I accidentally put postal service but I didn’t receive anything

Order shipped 3 weeks ago with shipping insurance but I haven't received anything yet. I opened a ticket 4 days ago to complain and received no answer so far. The delivery company is the main culprit but I would have expected better support from seedsman.

Ordered and paid on 6/29/23. Had to email back and forth countless times to finally receive order on 8/11/23. Refused to compensate for the extreme delay & inconvenience. Highly disappointed in this order & hope it NEVER happens again.

1 MONTH before delivery arrived. PAID at order and was asked to provide proof as it showed "unpaid" 9+ days of seed germination with ZERO sprouting...... this ISN'T getting better.......

I was very disappointed on my first shipment due to the fact that I didn't know you guys were moving and it took a month to get my seeds I was very unhappy trust me the next ones came in 3 to 5 days that was great service

All seats were bought and paid for and the order shows that they were dispatched. When I look up the tracking information it says the label was created on August 3rd and the postal service has not received the items. No updates and no way to cancel the order.
