Please get in touch with our customer service team - that is not normal. We test all of our seeds and only release batches which test over 95%.

Once I told whomever responds that only one out of 3 auto seeds actually turned out ok, he completely blamed my growing capabilities instead of trying to keep me as a customer. If you can’t stand behind 30 dollars of sales and blame your customers instead of making up to them, I don’t think you will have much stars.

Thanks for your review. We test our products very well. Thats our job to do before releasing for sale so we do push back on some germination issues. But its always worth discussing any problems with our customer service team. Its a tightrope we walk. Best Seedsman

I ordered a blue dream strain and when I received it the seed was extremely small and did not germinate. Possibly unmature seeds

Immature seeds are green. Was it green. Some strains have smaller seeds and generally seeds produced indoors are smaller. They are equally viable as larger seeds. If you have problems with germination get in touch with our customer service team. But we do test all our seeds before they are made available for sale. Best Seedsman

Old seeds that don't germinate. And no help if they don't germinate. I'll be going somewhere else!

Seeds that actually grow. Growing over 15 years best genetics out there. Wish they had more 90s strains

We test all our seeds very carefully and only release batches of seeds that have tested over 95% germination rate. All seeds are stored carefully - we are experts in this - we have been going since 2002. Seeds are live material and customer competencies vary - they are normally due to germination issues. If you feel that it wasn't you then get in touch with customer service to discuss. Regards Seedsman

I bought 3 seeds and got 3 free. Out of the 6 I received, only 2 sprouted. I don't know if the seeds are old or what. But it was a damn good waste of money. Thanks seedsman.

Thanks so much for your review. We test all batches of seeds before releasing them for sale and only allow them for sale if they test over 95% germination. So we are super confident with the products we sell. That said they are live products and client competencies vary. I never received my seats. I reached out to customer support or whatever. They call it but no one got back to me. And when they did, they said for me to talk to the talk United postal service. Once again i'm out of my money and I did not receive my seeach

Hey, If you havent received your seeds then you need to contact USPS and file a claim. As soon as we have the claim number we can then resend the seeds. And just to be clear our customer service team did get back to you to let you know this. Thanks Seedsman

Originally when I placed an order and received confirmation from seed man that my billing address and shipping address were the same I was very pleased until I found out my order was shipped to Illinois when I contacted customer service on numerous occasions I was completely ignored to the point of having to call the bank and have the bank get my money back from this organization that refuses to honor customer service or fair business practice forcing me to terminate an over 20-year relationship which greatly saddened me

This is not normal, as you can see from our other reviews. Please get in touch with our customer service team who will look after you. We do test all batches of seeds we sell and only release seeds that are over 95% viable. You need to make sure you know the best germination techniques also.

Hayseed man I place my order last month on the 22nd I haven't had a receipt and update or anything what's really going on love this is my second time my first time I didn't have no problem it seemed like I'm having trouble to get my order you already got paid

Worthless, they'll send them out and then once they get lost they'll deny your claim. 10/10 do not recommend.

Hey - this is not true at all. Please get in touch with our customer service team. If we send your goods and they show as delivered with USPS we just ask you make a claim with USPS and show us proof of that so that we can send your order again. The majority of our clients find that fair.

None of my seeds germinated.....I though it was me although I've not had a problem with germinating in the past! I gave 2 seeds to a friend also nothing...ugh.seeds popped but the sprot never got big enough to get out of the seed and the other white and ???hard Not working for me at all zero and 6

We are not a scam, as you can see from previous reviews. We test all the seeds that we sell rigorously. And only release for sales seeds that test over 95%. We are extremely confident with the viability of the seeds we sell. These are live products though - if you have had an issue we suggest you get in touch with our customer service team.
